Logging in to my order history has been deleted, and I had a promo I received $2.50 off upon placing my new order with the new app, but my discount wasn't being honored or taken at checkout. I tried resetting my password, but the app won’t let me use the email I registered the account with. I want to use the rewards points I have, but can’t see them now… I just wish there was a second option to send a text message to reset. I don’t want to create a new account since I saved a whole lot of reward points and even if I do, I would have to use a whole other phone number. Apple Pay isn't supported, the ordering process isn't very explicit if when it'll place the order, and choosing a store will need some getting used to. Not sure why there's bad reviews about not being able to order through high volume. I was notified they were at high volume before but you can still schedule the nearest "future" order which is only 15 minutes later and you're able to order.
