I have used this app since 2017 and I have experienced a lot of difficulty in getting support about combining duplicated accounts. I have emailed twice with all details so I don’t lose my years of favourites. Trying to navigate the subscription details is atrocious the updated version of the app is NOT user friendly to say the least. Very disappointing

I have had multiple issues where my favourited recipes are deleted. I have called the customer service line to resolve this issue and they have been entirely unable to assist me.

Tried the AI, it is terrible, I asked for slices kept giving me sandwiches 😅🤦‍♀️.
The general recipe search needs “recipes without” such as egg, nuts etc. Otherwise great range of recipes but I’ll go back to using the free service on the website for now.
