Terrible app. Ordered groceries and they didn’t even arrive. What a waste of $60 😡😡😡

The iOS app has bugs when trying to add/edit address. It automatically captures the first three characters of the postal code but does not let me edit. It also does not let me save the address as the app requires a minimum of 4 digits in the postal code which is uneditable. Other than this particular problem the app had been running without any issues.

So glad I found this service. We were able to get our Indian grocery items delivered to us in Brampton. Placed order through app and items were delivered the next day! Communication was amazing. I ended up placing 2 orders after finding frozen and fresh items that could be delivered and Tasteport verified if that was my intention. Also, the store communicated with me while they were picking my order, when some items were not available  and offered substitutions or refunds. Hope to see some more items added. I will definitely be using this service again!

Tasteport really helped us during a time when we couldn’t get out to shop for groceries. The app was easy to use and I found all the groceries I needed at 9 Pam
and they were delivered the next day. Communication was excellent throughout. Looking forward to Tasteport adding more stores in future. Great way to support smaller stores right now!
