The competitions and events allow you to win enough boosters to actually play. I do buy the season passes because you get so much from them, but that is the only money you really have to spend. I had to stop playing for months because whenever I set off a lot of bombs the game would kick me off and I would lose my string of start-up boosters and additional boosters, plus lose the level. Support kept saying they were looking for a solution. Now I only get kicked off about 2% of the time. Big improvement. **Developer response:** Hello! BUT: it keeps crashing on my iPad. It always crashes at least 2 to 3 times in the he middle of a level. I’ll be beating a level I’ve tried many times and it goes down. Then I’ve lost all my efforts. I’ve tried everything to fix this issue to no avail. I’ve pleaded with developers to repair this, and nothing. I’ve even called Apple tech support to see if it’s my device and my iPad is working just fine. So it’s the game’s issue, not my device. I’m about to delete this game if it keeps up. Also, visuals & sound effects are more entertaining in this game than most other similar games. I knocked off a star because of the lame dialogue and non-sensical actions. I really can’t stand when the dialogue is too dramatic or ridiculous…it makes me wonder if all non-Americans think all American lives look like reality tv. Also, I just don’t understand why the decorating choices can’t result is a pleasing look. It’s too difficult to create a cohesive looking space and, after all, that’s an important part of this type of game. I spend $ to plays these games because I want to support the developers and it’s my form of entertainment. So, if I get too annoyed by lame dialogue, I’ll likely move on. **Developer response:** Hi! But I’m upset that there hasn’t been any updates or new levels and story added to the game. The bonus levels aren’t fun when there’s nothing to earn or do. I kept at them to get what I paid for. They eventually restored some but not all of what I paid for. But I am being censured in team chat by not being able to write the word “pass” along with just about every other word. Every word is a banned word for me. I have had all contests and events removed from my game so I can’t earn boosters and rewards to progress in the game. My team members have these, so it is targeted. This is so sick and wrong. Not only the gold pass that I paid for OR the items everyone earn. Support is zero help. If I want to play and compete for prizes I have no choice but to keep advancing and getting nothing. Since they released the update with the new format, this has been happening. I contacted support right away. It took them months to forward it to a developer. Finally, they told me it would be fixed on the next update. It isn’t. I simply can’t play when I get kicked off every time I am about to win or I combine bombs. They are zero help. I took a video screenshot, showing what is happening. But even trying to attach the screenshot I am kicked out of the game. The game starts out easy enough but as the levels grow, the matching screen becomes harder to the point that there are clearly no ways to clear it without purchasing the add on features. I'm done with the game now after testing it for my grandkids. ### 1/5 — Very few new levels and bonus levels ridiculous. *2022-07-10, version 1.2.4* I like the new levels and the storyline. But you only playing for a few days or a week until the storyline runs out. It is a very long time before an update. During that time you can play bonus levels. Before the last update, you had a chance of winning the bonus levels without using all your boosters and coins. And since the average level will net an average of 20 coins and it is 900 to buy extra moves you would be stupid too use them. With the latest update and the color donuts there are many levels not even labeled hard that are literally impossible to win. I mean so impossible you play for days without even getting far enough to buy extra moves or use boosters and win. Do they think we will play the same level forever without a prayer? I am finished. I will get prizes when they are available and only play new levels. ### 2/5 — Game is too difficult! *2023-12-05* As much as i was enjoying this game, you wont go very far before you start to get stuck on levels. In terms of graphics and story, this game is probably on my top 3 best match 3 games ive played so far, but unfortunately its extremely difficult and its easy to tell its made by money hungry developers. The extremely hard difficulty ruined the game for me. Its so difficult its not even enjoyable. There’s a difference between challenging and impossibility. I’m tired of the screens always freezing and when I come back I have lost the level I beat. It froze right after the latest update and now I’m stuck on hard levels that make it almost impossible to get through. I’m not like some and are able spend money to keep playing. I want to play a game to relax not get stressed because I can’t play long enough to even pass a level. When you get bonus time it seems like you put in all the hard and very hard levels so you can pass. I understand you need to make money on this game but you don’t have make it impossible for people to play. I’m at the point that I’m going to delete this game if things keep going like this. The first one up is a $299 buy and I’m a senior with eyesight issues and I mistakenly thought it was $2.99. This is obviously a way to scam people out of their money putting the most expensive purchase first. I’ve already been playing this for a day now and it’s super engaging! Developers, if you think you did horrible on this game you are 100% wrong! It starts you off with a really cool story line, a adorable cat, (always a plus) good looking funny characters, and great realistic buildings! [DECOR] The decor in this game is amazing too. I love it how all of the decors have a similar color palette so if you mix and match it still looks great! In games like this you usually can’t do that. They’ll give you a green couch, a red fluffy ottoman, and a marble side table. But in this game you all really thought it all through, and it shows! [CHARACTERS] The characters in this game are really cool! It’s nice how all of them have their own personality. It’s not just “hi” “hello” “I’m going to buy this place” “nooo.” The characters really do have personality! They’re unique and cool. Not what you usually see in games like these. Okay I would totally keep on going but I need to resume to my level, also this thing would be definitely too long. LOL anyway, love the game so far!
