There has been multiple problems with this app losing me hundreds. The TP and SL so not work ever! They are very slow to react to the price going above or below the points and it often dosent catch it. In many ForEX trades or markets it is very violent and price can spike or drop quick. So if you even look away for a second somthing can happen. But to get to the accounts page I have to make multiple taps and sometimes I have to log out , log back in to get the account page to load. Also the information shown is pretty useless. I want to see margin level as a percentage, and would be amazing if it would show weekly/monthly/yearly gains instead of just one total gain. I opened a tastyfx US account through tastytrade, and struggled for months on how to access it. Turns out it’s only through the desktop browser. No app access! This is horrible and scammy behavior. The tastyfx support FAQ is practically useless. Omitting this critical distinction from support instructions and marketing communications is basically false advertising. Do not download or open an account with this broker. I’ve gone through the app and cannot find the deposit funds button. The only way to access it is by scanning the QR code when you login to your account through the web browser. Even at that, when you scan the code it takes you straight to “Add New Card”. Only option you’ll see is “scan card”. No option to enter card manually which is just stupid not have that option. After scanning my card, I get the error message “we’ve encountered an unexpected error, please try again later” and there’s an option to scan again. I’m closing my account and will find a better broker. Made me miss a trade I wanted to enter.
