He seemed quite confident but seemed to lose that confidence during the return trip at night. All your drivers (and sadly most others too) lack basic driving techniques and adherence to proper rules. Nobody gives turn signals at the correct time / distance, they want to drive with headlights on high beam & cause inconvenience to the driver in front, they have scant respect for lane driving and other driving courtesies. This shouldn’t be the mandate as other major cab ride hailing services operate seamlessly without turning on gps location. We just needed to go to Marine Lines. He said he did not know where it was. Then we gave him the link he took us to sea link instead of Nariman Point on coastal road. We reached one hour late and wasted petrol and sea link charges. And there is no responsible person/ manager contactable and they will only give you a service email address to respond to. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable transportation provider!” ### 1/5 — Drivers are not police verified, please do not trust the drivers on this app *2024-07-15* Driver stole apple airtag which obviously driver denied and company said the same but the company is so illiterate that they dont know that its can be tracked and got it located in the same locality where driver lives. After raising this with the company they told driver that it can be tracked and seems like driver now threw the tag in the same locality …. hahhah!!! Bloody cheats and thief. I wasn't in the car and explicitly instructed the driver to drop the vehicle at the destination. Mid-way, the driver's phone went switched off. When I panicked and contacted their customer care for assistance, the response was pathetic. They casually told me, "We are connecting you to the driver," and then completely ghosted me. No follow-up, no callback, and zero responsibility taken. This company has ZERO emergency support. If your car gets stolen or a major mishap occurs, their customer service will leave you stranded. They do not care about the safety of your asset or your peace of mind. Extremely poor and useless customer service. Booking was confirmed within 10 mins and driver assigned. Driver even called a day before to say he was going to be there. I’m n the day I need to leave, he does not turn up. No message or no cancellation by app too. Then again 30 mins later. When I asked to prioritise the booking. They cancelled it because the guy had a small fragile ego from customer support. Disgusting service. Don't book from here. Its just a scam and a huge waste of time ### 1/5 — Extremely bad service *2026-05-07* I used TATD regularly in Delhi and had an extremely disappointing experience. Over the past year, drivers arranged through this platform damaged my car multiple times, including recent scratches caused by one of their drivers. 90 percent of the drivers they send are random people who either drives rash, are rude, don’t know how a basic car’s boot opens. What made the situation worse was the company’s response. Instead of taking accountability, they stated that they are only a “technology platform” and that the drivers are independent contractors, meaning customers are expected to deal with damages directly with the driver. For a service built around trust and safety, especially for people traveling alone or women using chauffeur services, this response was deeply concerning. Driver quality and consistency have been very poor in my experience. Just 500 meters from pick up during a routine police check, the alcohol meter showed he had alcohol in his system. The moment this happened, he panicked, sped away in my car trying to escape the police, and in the process badly damaged the car. It was reckless, dangerous, and put my safety at serious risk. When I contacted TATD, instead of taking responsibility for sending a driver who was not sober, they argued endlessly. Only after a long argument did they send a replacement driver. Beyond that, they refused to help with the damages, completely distancing themselves and telling me to sort it out on my own. TATD showed zero responsibility, zero professionalism, and zero concern for customer safety. A service that cannot ensure sober drivers and refuses to stand by the customer after such a serious incident is not just unreliable—it’s unsafe. They dupe you with a yearly 5000 membership and the experience is terrible. I asked for a monthly driver and they sent me drivers who are daily wagers. These drivers don’t stick around more than a month and leave and then it’s an endless cycle of following up with the customer service teams. Drivers are also very unprofessional and keep on lying. Team tat d. ### 1/5 — Horrible experience with Tat D and their customer support executives. *2025-08-27* Hello everyone, Just wanted to share my horrible experience with Tat D company- I had dropped them an enquiry about their monthly driver subscription. They said that they will be sending a person for one day trial and then if we don't like the person. That they will send someone else. The driver profile which we shortlisted came and did the trial duty. However, we are expected with a completely different reality once the day got over and the driver mentioned that the trial is only for 2 hours and rest of the day is chargable. *Mind you that no where in their previous communication on mail have they mentioned this terms of 2 hours trial and rest is chargable before sending the driver yesterday* Now, when I went to confront this to the company. Their customer executive talked very rudely to me and unprofessional and tried to belittle me on call. They were charging me ₹1198 for a driver who drove hardly 10km the whole day. I request you to seriously reconsider and not go ahead with this company who have such scamster like practices to dupe customers with almost negligible customer support. ### 1/5 — Worst customer care support ever *2025-04-13* Extremely disappointed with the customer care support. They are very rude, arrogant, doesn’t know how to deal with the customers. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had.
