Even then never clarify you other criteria and then after they reject your loan which makes You CBIL worse even if You have Good amount of salary and Good Payment history in any other loan and not have any default in any loan. This Kind of Fraud work done by the Tata Capital, When I’m trying to contact the Tata capital Nobody answers me and Also even when i was mail about my problem they Blocked my mail id for this. This How Tata Capital Fraud with Customer, I was planning took Home and that’s why I’m trying to improve my CBIl score for Past 1 Year and here Tata capital’S fraudulent working I have to wait for Improving my CBIL score. They think customer is fool and make us work on behalf of employees job. After one emi ROI increased and which impacted my financial as I end up paying extra 3 years and 2 months which is close to 16L. I don’t understand one thing what government is doing we end up paying taxes with out missing every year and on top of it if we dream to own house we have to pay extra emi. Government has to take responsibility for not to increase the ROI during the tenure of home loan. I have suggestion for Tata Ratan you should think about you customer other wise you lose customer because of you so called employees behaviour. When I applied for the loan they first forced the health insurance service which they repeatedly claimed it was complimentary and when I said no to that they kept saying its just complimentary and the loan page doesn’t let you go ahead with it if you choose to cancel it. It turned out to be for 2500 and when I called the customer care they apologised and apologised but nothing can be done but we will take strict action. I complained again as I had recorded conversation, then they agreed to reimburse the amount. These positive reviews are bot reviews not genuine ones and even if people are willing to pay so much interest rate but it’s not just high interest rate, they will show fixed emi amount initially but after one month the app will start showing so much of hidden amount that you won’t be able to handle. There are so many better Loan services you can opt please please don’t choose this one. It’s truly horrible, I hope some lawyer can put a case on them.
