Very disappointing experience. I have raised my concern multiple times, but the company has been completely unresponsive. It’s been over 20 days, and they have neither answered my questions nor provided any resolution. The lack of communication and customer support is extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend dealing with a company that ignores its customers like this. The concern is that the quality of the bag I ordered was not as per the standards, so I wanted to return it First of all the Delievery only did not get Mark and now when I am trying to have a word with the customer support, they are least bothered to answer my calls, and I have a pendency of ₹6500 on Tatacliq as the product is also of no use to me, and it’s a total wastage of money. I have spent on this product.

T still stands capital aas we still trust TaTa blindly a lot because of legacy. A got small because of losing trust day by day.. bad experiences make you aware and ask you to explore something else.. so uninstalling this CLiQ luxe app with a CLiQ of button n would go with AJIO luxe or myntra LUXE.. Myntra still has a best customer friendly and trustworthy services to resolve issues of genuine and loyal buyers..At CLiQ experienced a fraud in service in buying a luxe swiss watch ..n pathetically no resolution n proper n justified response .. disgusting and ridiculous.. that’s why already stopped n closed Nue credit card unisntalling 1 mg n other TaTa apps .. since 2 years already blacklisted Tanishq n now zero association with any TATA product . EVEN stoped MF SIP.  Will hate more in future and try to see all my acquaintances to do the same.

Very disappointing experience with Tata CLiQ.

I ordered the Puma Women’s White & Pure Magenta Deviate NITRO Elite 3 Running Shoes. The shoes were genuine, but the size was slightly big, so I requested a size exchange. I only tried them on indoors for about five minutes to check the fit. They were never worn outside and were returned in the same condition.

After the product was picked up, I waited seven days only to receive an email stating that the quality check had failed, my exchange request had been cancelled, and I would receive neither an exchange nor a refund. No detailed reason or quality check report was provided.

This is extremely frustrating. Customers should not be penalized for simply trying on a pair of shoes to check the size. Rejecting an exchange without transparent evidence and leaving the customer without a resolution is unacceptable.

I expected much better customer service from Tata CLiQ. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend shopping here.

I had a very disappointing experience with this website. I ordered a bag, but after making the payment, I received a completely different product. This is unacceptable and highly misleading.

What made the experience even worse is that there is no effective way to contact customer support. I have been trying to reach the helpline number provided on the website for several days, but no one has answered my calls.

The website is not user-friendly, and the overall customer experience is extremely poor. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this brand.

I had a very frustrating experience with Tata CLiQ Luxury’s delivery service. My order was supposed to be delivered on 26 June, but despite the parcel being out for delivery, it was never delivered. The delivery agent called but remained silent, and when I called back, my calls were declined. There was no proper communication or explanation.

The app simply marked the order as “Rescheduled” and pushed the delivery date to 28 June without giving a clear reason. This is especially frustrating because I will be traveling out of state soon, and repeated delivery delays make it difficult to receive my order. Customers shouldn’t have to keep changing their plans because of poor delivery management.

For a premium shopping platform, I expected much better customer service, transparent tracking, and reliable communication. I hope Tata CLiQ Luxury improves its logistics and ensures delivery partners communicate properly with customers instead of leaving them guessing.

I ordered a size 6 adidas original superstar shoe, but I received some footpath brand used worn and torn shoe in its place … jist after receiving, within 10 minutes I contacted the customer service and raised the complaint and they told me that they have opened the return portal but the delivery guy who came for return couldn’t accept the product cause it didn’t match but they’ve sold me a different used and torn product …I had to deal so much with the customer service but still of no help until now… it is such a scam site selling branded products and stealing money … so so s disappointed and disgusted…

I had ordered a product because the app showed delivery on mar 14 the next day. On march 14 I even got an sms saying I will get it by march 14. Suddenly by afternoon when I called to check the status the support staff told me it would reach me only by march 17. This created a problem for me as I am planning to leave town by march 15. Now they are refusing to send on time or even cancel the order. This is unfair because they have broken a promise and not even willing to cancel the  order even if it is their mistake. Forget getting any compensation for the loss I am facing due to not receiving the product on promised delivery time. Hope the team takes note of this complaint and acts promptly.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tata CLiQ Luxury, which I did not expect from a platform backed by the Tata brand.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 23rd February and received the delivery on 25th February. However, the size delivered was completely wrong. I had ordered size 10, but I received size 13.

I returned the product immediately on 26th February, expecting a quick replacement. Today is 12th March, and I still have no replacement, no clear update, and no proper response from their team.

I have called customer support many times, and every time I hear the same scripted response:
“We are raising a complaint and you will get an update in 3 days.”

Those 3 days never arrive, and no one seems to have any real information about my order. It feels like customers are just being pushed around with generic replies instead of actually solving the problem.

For a platform that markets itself as a luxury shopping experience, this level of service is unacceptable. Delivering the wrong product size and then taking more than two weeks without resolution shows a serious lack of accountability and customer care.

This experience has completely broken my trust in Tata CLiQ Luxury. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from here.
