The experience was nothing short of horrible — it was disorganized, unprofessional, and completely undermines the trust one should have in a diagnostic service. Your team seemed to have no clue about the process, timelines, or even basic communication. I expected accuracy, reliability, and professionalism from Tata MD, but what I encountered was the exact opposite. This is not just inconvenient — it is unacceptable when it comes to something as critical as healthcare. I will strongly discourage anyone I know from ever using Tata MD for diagnostic services if this is the standard of operation.
