You pay for a service you never get, then get told “bhaar mein jao” when you ask for a refund. The only time it works is when I have to renew my subscription for fiber. When the internet is down and I have to report it - firstly you cant use the app because of no connectivity. When I switch to mobile data, it takes an eternity to load anything and everything and the most crucial thing, there is not option to report an issue! You have to go to self help, which has no help for connectivity issues. If I call customer care, it is always busy. If I power through the app, it will log me off every time! Just like today, I have been logged off, generated an OTP to login which is valid for 15mins but the screen to enter the OTP does not load within 15mins! Currently, it has been more than 3 days without internet, but the team has not been able to resolve the issue. I have called customer service multiple times to escalate the matter. However, they have not taken any effective steps to fix it. Although a technician has been assigned, they have been unresponsive and seem laid-back in performing their duties. Please fix this, it's a terrible user experience and shows no respect for your customers' convenience ### 1/5 — Nonsense service provider, even not eligible for one star also. *2025-08-15* When I relocate from one slcity to another city and i want to continue tata play fiber service at my new place of residence, but there no service available of Tata play fiber and no refund of remaining recharged amount as well. Represantative of this nonsence service provider said that, this is their policy. if tata play fiber service not available at my new residence city, that is not fault , hence, asked to them for refund money but they denied. i will complain against them. Therefore, friends kindly dont buy tata play fiber, very very nonsence service provider.
