Update as of 19-Nov-2025:
App doesn’t open at all. Plz ensure the app opens in iPhone and works. Currently I have a camera but cannot view or see the recordings!

App needs to make plenty of improvements in terms of user experience.
Current problem being faced is that I am unable to login to Tata play secure app. It shows my Tata account status but does not show camera viewing . 
It was working ok few days back.

May be one of the worst App having Tata Title. The picture quality is okay and occupies small space. But the biggest problem is that it frequently gets logged out and unable to log in again.
The customer service is so bad that a complaint lodged in July 2024 is still not resolved by December 2024.

The service level has gone down drastically. They don’t respond to complaints. Their customer care personnel does not understand our concerns. 
It’s a waste of time and money to buy the Tata play secure camera.

Once subscribed 
1. no option to opt out
2. no separate recharge system for secure cam (common for DTH and secure cam)
3. No customer support team if any issue- default answer will be tech team will reach you

The camera won’t be available when you want to see. Today I see that around 1 and half hour coverage is missing and it did not allow me to live stream during that time.  

Also, it logs me out of app every 2days once.

Hi Team,

It’s been long since I told you guys that your product is stupendous but add on services are really poor.
I automatically get logged out in your app every 2-3 days and at the same time camera gets disconnected automatically after even having a high speed Wi-Fi.
