He did an excellent job – the entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. Sachin was punctual, well-prepared, and ensured that everything was installed cgorrectly and functioning as expected. He also took the time to explain how to use each feature and helped us understand the system better. His attention to detail and supportive nature made the whole experience very comfortable. I’m very happy with the service and would gladly recommend Sachin for automation setup and support work. They solve all sorts of problem and provide assistance via phone call and if the warranty is valid hey will help you replace the product easily. I was surprised to see on the application that by keeping the AC on standby mode , It was like keeping a 5watt bulb continuously ON. With the application this was taken care off. I can program the switch on and off for my AC , How many hours I want it ON, and the best I can check live consumption of power and power consumed ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Siri shortcut missing. *2025-06-29, version 2.54* Everything is good but it does not have support for Siri. It would be better if developer can unable Siri Shortcuts if native Siri support is not possible. I have used other home automation app like Wipro’s, Philips, Syska, etc., they also do not support Siri natively but they have Siri Shortcuts enabled giving me greater convenience to control my devices using Shortcuts. ### 1/5 — No overcharge protection *2023-05-22, version 2.34* When connected device is charged, it reduces power consumption. All other smart plugs have the option of automatically switching off the plug when power consumption falls below certain level for certain time period. This app does not have that feature.
