I’ve used the notes app from apple for many years but has recently been frustrating me not being able to add more detail to a task or give a task sub tasks. Previously you would have to create a new note for a whole different topic or hit return to provide a sub task there.

Have to say i really like the infinite sub tasks thing, makes a lot of sense, especially when tasks can become far more demanding. 

Highly recommend!

Have always struggled to find an app that lets me manage my tasks without making it more stressful! Tatask is simple but effective - highly recommend
