Please correct this do we can access our digital subscriptions. I have been unable to access the November and December issues as a digital and print subscriber. I have reported this several times to Condé Nast and they said they are aware of the problem but don’t know when it will be fixed. The only way I can get the issue to download is to purchase it individually. NIGHTMARE ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-08-27, version 33.6* Pay for a subscription and it just keeps saying ‘you need to pay for a subscription’ and ‘buy access’ —I did! Sign out and sign in, and it works for a minute, then you have to restore purchases again. Terrible app. ### 5/5 — iOS 17 ready? *2023-09-25* Please make the app iOS 17 ready-it crashes since the update every time…it‘s quite annoying. And I would like to read my purchases. Thank you ! ### 1/5 — App not working *2023-09-23* Now that I have upgraded to iOS 17 I can’t get the Tatler app to work. I tap on it and it vanishes like a ghost at Halloween. I tried to report a problem but it went to “page not found” or something like that. It says the app has not been updated in 3 years.
