### 2/5 — Unable to view magazine on iPhone 11

*2019-12-28, version 33.3*

Unable to view magazine on iPhone 11, only able to see the bottom half of the pages at the top of the screen. Please could you update.

### 1/5 — Doesn't Work

*2016-10-10, version 32.6.1.34.102896*

I paid $7.99 for the latest issue and it won't download past page 121. No response from Tatler to this problem.

### 1/5 — Only parts of it downloaded (rubbish)

*2016-10-05, version 32.6.1.34.102896*

I bought the Tatler and only part of it downloaded !
I complained to Apple and received a full refund.
It seems that you to subscribe to Tatler to actually read the whole mag on iPad.

### 1/5 — Tatler digital editions

*2016-09-14, version 32.6.1.34.102896*

Avoid if you don't subscribe with Conde Nast.
My issue only downloads partly & when I complained to Conde Nast was told I had to deal with Apple who "can't" refund my subscription & told me to take it up with my bank!! Sorry ?

### 1/5 — Downloading is like waiting for paint to dry!

*2014-12-22, version 32.2.0.23*

I am glad I took a print subscription because even with fibre optic I gave up waiting for the magazine to download. They need to reduce the graphics resolution because it's a waste of time otherwise

### 2/5 — Crashes

*2014-09-29, version 31.3.4.22*

Oh dear, this app crashes and loses the edition you've bought. Having to reinstall .

### 2/5 — Delayed

*2014-03-10, version 3.1.4*

The April 14 issue has been on the shelves for at least 4 days, it is available on zinio and yet, the itunes app still shows march.... come on!!

### 1/5 — Not free

*2013-02-05*

False advert

### 1/5 — Account info doesnt reflect active subscription

*2026-09-02, version 34.1*

This app uses tatler.com/account info instead of account.condenast.co.uk to get subscription info which doesnt use current active subscription status. Please correct this do we can access our digital subscriptions. (Or sync tatler.com/account info FROM id.condenast.co.uk account(which is the accurate one)

### 1/5 — Garbage App - Zero Support

*2025-09-06, version 33.8*

Don’t waste your money.

### 1/5 — Digital access not linking

*2025-06-24, version 33.7*

Have been a print/digital subscriber since December, but have NEVER been able to get the digital access to work in the app. Customer service just tells me I have an active login and to try again but every time I do it says "subscription not found."

### 1/5 — Do not purchase this through Apple - it’s a scam

*2025-06-24, version 33.7*

The app does not work when you purchase through Apple . Conde Nast have no interest in helping you resolve the issue and fixing their iPad app.

### 1/5 — App not working for subscriptions

*2024-11-17, version 33.6*

Now that I have upgraded to iOS 18.1 I can’t get the Tatler app to work for my digital subscription. I have been unable to access the November and December issues as a digital and print subscriber. I have reported this several times to Condé Nast and they said they are aware of the problem but don’t know when it will be fixed. The only way I can get the issue to download is to purchase it individually. This is wrong and the app should work for a subscriber who has paid for a digital and print subscription.

### 1/5 — This app BLOWS!

*2024-11-02, version 33.6*

Problems logging in. NIGHTMARE

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2024-08-27, version 33.6*

Pay for a subscription and it just keeps saying ‘you need to pay for a subscription’ and ‘buy access’ —I did! Sign out and sign in, and it works for a minute, then you have to restore purchases again. Terrible app.

### 1/5 — App not working

*2023-09-23*

Now that I have upgraded to iOS 17 I can’t get the Tatler app to work. I tap on it and it vanishes like a ghost at Halloween. I tried to report a problem but it went to “page not found” or something like that. It says the app has not been updated in 3 years. I reported it to Condé Nast/Tatler but they told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. Well I did that twice and again it just vanished when you tap on it.

### 1/5 — Hopeless

*2021-10-31, version 33.4*

Hopeless app, not user friendly at all. Content these days has deteriorated in value and quality.

### 1/5 — Lost ALL DOWNLOADED ISSUES!

*2017-07-19, version 33.1*

Terrible support.

### 5/5 — iOS 17 ready?

*2023-09-25*

Please make the app iOS 17 ready-it crashes since the update every time…it‘s quite annoying. And I would like to read my purchases.
Thank you !

### 5/5 — Great Escape

*2022-08-20, version 33.4*

I completely forgot about Tatler, looked it up on google and can't stop reading.
So frivolous! Nothing else like it in the World.... I ordered home delivery

### 5/5 — How could you live without it!

*2018-05-31, version 33.2*

Great mag!

### 5/5 — Good app

*2017-06-19, version 33.1*

Works on both my iPhone and iPad.

### 5/5 — Great!!

*2017-04-29, version 33.1*

Exceptionally very British and Stylish

### 5/5 — The magazine with the slightly snarkly attitude!

*2017-02-23, version 33.0*

I love this magazine! I have been reading it for 30+ years and it never disappoints me. I am thrilled that I can now read it online although I would prefer to have the magazine in my hands. I give it 8 Stars since I believe it deserves more for being a great magazine to download to an ipad

### 5/5 — Disappointing support

*2014-04-07, version 3.4.5.6.92847*

Sadly this app has gone from being me of the best to my most problematic. The last two monthly editions have not uploaded. The support link seems to have disappeared in the latest update, too.

### 5/5 — Royal Baby.

*2013-05-11, version 2.5.8*

I think great for app. Picture is so cute!! I love it !

### 3/5 — Nothing new here

*2017-08-28, version 33.1*

OK to read mag, but tediously similar to other mag readers. No use of any digital extras, e.g. "Try on " the featured clothes or makeup on a photo of the reader. Not even a slow build of two page adverts, nope just the old swipe across to see page two. If I was an advertiser I would expect a more exciting platform. This format is starting to show its age.

### 2/5 — Very basic

*2023-09-20, version 33.4*

Very basic app for a good magazine
Unfortunately it’s been crashing since IOS 17 came out
