After watching the clip I was very interested in wanting to get with an artist that is able to connect with me on my options. But I can’t sign in. It asks for your email and password after you click the sign in button it does nothing. Just like the comments before me, I will change my star ratings when app enables me to sign in. **Developer response:** Hi @rOcKdoLL1, thank you for your review. We have made updates on the app since this review. You can now search for artists in your area through the app. Once you find an artist and submit an intake form you will have the option to make an account. I hope this helps. Please reach out if you have any issues at support@tatstat.io ### 1/5 — Why can’t I sign up *2021-03-16, version 1.0* It asks if your an arrest or client but gives no option to sign up if you can get it so people can sign up I’ll change from one star to something better but for now without the option to sign up what’s the point of this app.. to sit here and look pretty on my Home Screen ### 1/5 — No way to log in *2021-03-15, version 1.0* No way for a new client to create a profile. Can’t navigate back to the first screen fro the login page. Bad first impression. ### 1/5 — Can’t sign up *2021-03-14, version 1.0* Downloaded the app because I was interested in browsing around, but the very first screen I see asks “Tattoo Artist?” Or “Tattoo Client”. I obviously select client, and it asks me to sign in. I put my info in and it doesn’t sign in. I then look for a sign up option, nowhere in sight. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ ### 2/5 — Needs lots of work *2022-05-02, version 1.23.0* Not user friendly for the client, delayed in notifications, app takes a while to update when you open, fees are given to client when they try to leave a deposit, app would allow clients to fill out form for a deposit, when there are multiple proposed dates and times for the client the view is cut off for them, clients have to access proposed time through email vs opening the app, calendar will not stay synchronized ### 2/5 — Fix? *2021-08-19, version 1.6.0* Having issues signing up ,I even tried as a new user multiple times still says to close page and return to app. **Developer response:** Hi @Sirty7, i'm sorry you're running into issues. You are able book appointments with clients once you have received an intake form from your client by clicking on the "+" in the conversation.
