So I like the app. But I do often have issues with it not updating to reflect what the site says. Which is important because I need to see reviews when they come in. I’ve had to un-install the app and redownload it several times.

Alerts for Your Group: Multi-location and group leaders now get proactive push for the locations they manage. Everything is on by default except Negative Survey Responses and Negative Online Reviews, which are yours to opt into.

Smarter Taps: A group alert opens Stats or inbox already filtered to that group. Every alert is deep linked to the screen that you can immediately act on.
