So I like the app. But I do often have issues with it not updating to reflect what the site says. Which is important because I need to see reviews when they come in. I’ve had to un-install the app and redownload it several times.

Our newest version 1.5.1 (just released) includes fixes for exactly this kind of refresh issue, so updating from the App Store should help.

Super easy to use and very intuitive. I didn’t have to learn how to use it at all. Perfect responding to guests at restaurants
