They got my info and didn’t message me back until I got another charge on my account at which time I emailed directly and got my sub cancelled but no refund because it didn’t fit the criteria!! I tried to cancel the trial but there was no option for it AT ALL. I decided to delete the whole account and leave it at that. I was them charged for it a few days later under a name that is different than the app or company. I tried to look through my apple subscriptions and it’s not there at all. When I tried to report it to apple it said the app is 100% therefore no receipt or option to cancel the purchase and yet it has continuously charged me for it. THIS IS A WEIRD SCAM. ### 1/5 — SCAM. No real help, no resolution, just back-and-forth nonsense. Meanwhile, they went ahead and charged me anyway. And now they’re acting like this is somehow acceptable?
