I did the 3 day free trial and was instantly charged $30, it’s been 2 months since I submitted a report and no response

Ich habe die 3-Tages-Testversion abgeschlossen und sie vorsichtshalber direkt wieder gekündigt. Das mache ich grundsätzlich so, um nicht in eine ungewollte Abofalle zu tappen, falls mir die App nicht gefällt. Wenn sie mich überzeugt hätte, hätte ich mir das Abo später problemlos wieder geholt.
Das Dreiste daran: Obwohl mir 3 Tage Testzeit zustehen, wurde mir der Zugriff nach gerade einmal zwei Stunden komplett gesperrt – nur weil ich die automatische Verlängerung gekündigt habe! Ich konnte die App also nicht einmal ordentlich testen. Richtig dumm und absolut kundenunfreundlich geregelt. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Don’t waste your money use a free ai tool or any art software like canva or photo shop. You will get better results and have far more options to customise
