Would like to be able to delete old designs though. Das mache ich grundsätzlich so, um nicht in eine ungewollte Abofalle zu tappen, falls mir die App nicht gefällt. Wenn sie mich überzeugt hätte, hätte ich mir das Abo später problemlos wieder geholt. Das Dreiste daran: Obwohl mir 3 Tage Testzeit zustehen, wurde mir der Zugriff nach gerade einmal zwei Stunden komplett gesperrt – nur weil ich die automatische Verlängerung gekündigt habe! Ich konnte die App also nicht einmal ordentlich testen. Richtig dumm und absolut kundenunfreundlich geregelt. So I was upset when a bug wouldn’t let it work on my iPhone 13. I emailed support and they fixed it within a few days and thanked me for alerting them. I was honestly shocked at how nice, responsive, and effective they were at fixing my app experience.
