Make sure you use the same email you registered for the tickets with. The developers could provide more details in the instructions. But that was because of the poor internet connection. Once it loaded, it worked really well, and the tickets were very easy to use. 👍 ### 5/5 — Works well for me!! *2026-07-06* I have read a lot of negative reviews for this app, however, I downloaded it, logged in, entered my registration as requested, (registration number was emailed to me), and hey presto! About a week ago I received an email with all the instructions and confirmation code and once logged in there was all the information and QR code with the tickets for last night’s Edinburgh Tattoo. Worked perfectly.
