The images clearly show sealed packs, but I received individual pieces instead. I shared pictures on WhatsApp, and the only question I got was whether the items were damaged. That completely misses the point — the paper towel pack has a hole, which is unsanitary, especially since it’s used with food. The order was supposed to be sealed packs, not opened or loose items. It’s very disappointing that this is so hard to understand. I paid for sealed, clean packs as shown in the listing, and that’s exactly what I expect to receive. Now, I have to wait because the complaint will be sent to the warehouse. ### 1/5 — Horrible app, worse experience. *2025-10-04* You will regret ordering from this app. The delivery would be hours late and still missing items. Bad just bad ! ### 1/5 — التوصيل بطي *2026-08-10, version 4.4.29* طلبت توصيل سريع واستغرق ساعه ولم يصل ### 1/5 — كود التوصيل المجاني لايعمل *2026-07-19, version 4.4.28* كود التوصيل المجاني لايعمل ### 1/5 — خدمة توصيل سيئة جداً *2026-06-25, version 4.4.28* قمت بإجراء الطلب مسبقًا ليتم توصيله باليوم التالي الساعة 2 الظهر و تم توصيل جزء من الطلب الساعة 1 بليل ومن دون أي تنسيق مسبق وعدم مراعاة التاخير بالوقت ! بالإضافة انه مافي التزام بموعد التسليم المحدد تم إبلاغي عدة مرات ان المندوب راح يوصل خلال 10 دقايق وانتظرت أكثر من ساعة وهالسيناريو مو اول مرة يصير أتمنى تحسين آلية التوصيل بحيث يتم تسليم الطلب كامل دفعة واحدة مع الالتزام بالمواعيد المحددة وإعطاء العملاء معلومات دقيقة عن وقت الوصول ### 1/5 — بلغتكم أكثر من مره *2026-06-05, version 4.4.28* إصلاح التطبيق جدا متعب في إختيار المنتج عند النزول للأسفل يرجع إلى أول منتج ويتكرر مزعج للعين ومُمل لدرجة إلغاء الطلب والشراء منكم ### 1/5 — عدم ذكر بلد المنشأ غير طريقة شرائي بالكامل *2026-05-28, version 4.4.28* كنت سابقًا أعتبر Taw9eel وجهتي الأساسية أنا وأهلي وحتى صديقاتي لشراء الشوكولاتة والحلويات لجمعاتنا ومناسباتنا، وكنت أثق بالمنتجات المعروضة عندهم بشكل كبير. لكن مع الوقت صرت أتجنب شراء الشوكولاتة والمنتجات الغذائية بشكل عام بسبب غياب الشفافية في ذكر بلد المنشأ داخل وصف المنتج. كثير من المرات اشتريت شوكولاتة أو منتجات كنت أظن أنها أصلية أو بجودة معينة، ثم اتضح أنها تقليد رديء جدًا بطعم وجودة مخيبة. ذكر بلد المنشأ ليس تفصيلًا بسيطًا، هي معلومة أساسية تساعد العميل على اتخاذ قرار الشراء بثقة، خصوصًا في المنتجات الغذائية والشوكولاتة تحديدًا. للأسف بسبب عدم وضوح هذه المعلومات، صار التطبيق بالنسبة لي مخصصًا فقط لشراء أساسيات المنزل، بعد أن كان وجهتي الأساسية للحلويات والمنتجات الغذائية. أتمنى مستقبلاً إضافة بلد المنشأ بشكل واضح داخل صندوق الوصف لكل منتج غذائي، لأن غياب هذه المعلومة أصبح سببًا مباشرًا لعزوفي عن شراء أي منتج غذائي عبر التطبيق ### 1/5 — بعض الأصناف *2026-05-13, version 4.4.26* عند اختيار بعض الأصناف اتفاجأ بعدم وجودها ويتم الاسترداد بعد يومين ### 1/5 — Why there is only 30 items for fast delivery? *2026-04-06, version 4.4.23* I’m paying more for the items because the items in 30mins delivery is higher price than the regular delivery.
