Tawasul App is the mobile version of the National Suggestions & Complaints System which is one of the essential eChannels that enable citizens and residents to submit their suggestions and complaints to any government entity in Kingdom of Bahrain easily at any time and from anywhere by utilizing the mobile features that add more value to the services. Every government entity in Tawasul has assigned a dedicated team to handle the suggestions and complaints according to a pre-set performance indicator and timeframe based on the case category.

No one follows up with the cases and they will call to inform you they received your case but nothing will happen.

You can raise a case against someone who took your food out of your mouth, but they can simply close the case and get it over with!

They claim that they give 14 days, but it ain't true most of the times.

اتمنى وضع موظفين خاصين بالتطبيق في كل جهة حكومية، ليقومون بالرد على الشكاوي او الاستفسارات بشكل اسرع، ويكون الموظف الخاص بالتطبيق مستقل عن باقي موظفين الجهة حتى يكون التطبيق اكثر فاعلية وكفاءة.
لأنه هناك بعض الموظفين عندما يقوم العميل بتقديم شكوى يغلق الشكوى ولا يقوم بمعالجة الخلل، وهذا ماحصل مع احدى العميلات الذين اعرفهم.

للاسف الشديد برنامج تواصل اصبح حاله حال الوزارات مهمش رد الوزارات اصبح شكلي فقط لا خوف من المحاسبة

Good app to make complaints but never any solutions because some business owners do not want to obey simple common law. Or the municipality are not strict to enforce. I have made more than 10 complaints about just 2 shops in 1 section over 2 years & there is no resolution. So this app is sort of useless!
