We tried contacting customer service many times, but there was absolutely no response. On top of that, they closed the account for no clear reason. I am a Quran memorizer and I honestly did not expect to be treated like this. They even closed my account simply because I am from Saudi Arabia. This is very unfair and unprofessional.
