Inaccurate points counting and a lot of mismatches! Once the points are above 95 then suddenly it will get bellow 80! The only answer from customer support is make sure your bluetooth, location notification and sensors are allowed no matter what are your issues with the app! At the moment I have trips that did not get any points, giving that all authorizations allowed since day 1 from getting the app. From where I stand, if it does not worth to wasting my time every single week to fix the issues and contact customer support! If this did not get fix and still giving me a headache every single week, I will never renew my premium insurance to this company, even if it is cheaper than other ones! My relentless follow up through multiple channels have failed miserably. They all reply to create a ticket and every time I have to repeat the whole story because it’s a new person on the other end. I thought approaching them through twitter may help.
