You get a message in the app that you were denied and instructed to go to a WhatsApp page. When you go there and enter your information, it takes 10 minutes before you even get to the medical part of the WhatsApp page. After all that you upload documents, answer questions and then. Suddenly no one answers and you are chatting by yourself. ### 1/5 — خدمات سيئة جدا *2025-11-12, version 2.5.65* والله وتالله وبالله انه اسوأ تأمين الوالد عمره فوق ٨٥ سنه وطلب الاستشاري تحليل فيتامين D and B12 لوجود أعراضها عنده وتم ارسال جميع متطلبات التأمين وتم الرفض وتم الدفع كاش من حسابي لوجود حاجتها للدكتور. الوالده كذلك عندها فايروس بالدم ودخلت الطوارئ وطلب الدكتور التنويم لها حتى تستقر حالتها وللأسف رفض التأمين إلى عده محاولات وواسطات حتى تمت الموافقه بعد ساعه ونصف. تم تقديم شكوى لهيئة التأمين. ### 1/5 — Spyware *2025-11-10, version 2.5.65* Note the companies private data is shared with in the App Privacy Report: Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, etc. Furthermore, one cannot use the app without sharing location information and disabling encryption/privacy software(e.g. VPN, preferred proxies and DNS providers, etc.).
