I’m dealing with them right now. Actually they are helping me get my taxes figured out considering the tax preparation person. They missed my return at big time. And these nice people right here helping me fix it. So I definitely recommend them. I paid for it for the insurance through TurboTax, I don’t know how much it is when you just pay for yourself through nothing else. I’m not sure about that. But they’re very great to have during a time like this. You never know what’s gonna happen with your taxes. It could be one missed number. Your fingers are too big for your phone say and you accidentally press the different number. I mean it’s that easy to mess up and mess up like that really badly because it takes so long to get that tiny mess up fixed so these people's help can be done pretty quick. I recommend I do. Thank You guys so much for everything you’ve done for me I appreciate it. you guys have been great people to work with and very very helpful and that’s a plus in my eyes. Because these days people don’t wanna do too much of helping each other. And as you can see from what happened on my end with my tax return the lady just went through doing whatever she wanted to do just a paycheck she didn’t even file one of my children as a dependent when both of my children are only 10 years old I mean come on now that’s crazy. So if you’re gonna work with TurboTax, you file yourself a lot and didn’t have the time so I paid for the preparation tax preparer. so I have some of this message messed up. They’ve never been able to help and I get someone who can’t understand me or I can’t understand them so they just end up closing my cases every year trying to blame me for not being able to do IRS stuff because I’m not a tax expert, this company gets great reviews and I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with them for five years haven’t been able to help me one time and then closes my case when I can’t understand something. I have been unable to log on for the past 5 days, I keep getting some stupid error message about how their servers are down. How am I supposed to follow up on correspondence if I can’t log in to app or the web portal?!? Absolute waste of time. ### 1/5 — It’s impossible to login *2023-10-13* With 2FA enable, I have to navigate away from the app. When I return to the app, it’s locked. To unlock it, I have to login again. To login, I have to enter my 2FA, which require I navigate away from the app, which locks the app. I can’t even enable Face ID until I can login, which I can never do. Please rethink your login-security model. While trying “build from images” the attachment that i have to submit for my case to get started, the app crashed and then, when trying to restart, just hung at the splash screen. I tried closing in the switch apps screen and reopening from the home screen, but it hung each time. There is no problem with my internet connection.
