I’m grateful to have found TaxBird. The app is easy to navigate and helps keep you in compliance tracking your days. An attorney referred me to TaxBird saying, “I think it’s the best and easiest app to use for keeping track of your days”. I’d say, he is right. I’ve also reached out to customer service with a question. Excellent customer service and a quick response. Highly recommend!

I guess, I tried. I am traveling for job, but always when I travel the app get confused and I need to adjust or confirm the location.  When I stay at certain location for few days, I still need to open the app almost daily and add the location manually.  At this point it’s just useless. The sane way I can add the record to my calendar, if I need to do the manual adjustments almost daily. It is not worth the effort or the money.

Unfortunately, this app is too unreliable. It seems to totally die once in a while, forcing you to uninstall and reinstall it. Killing the app does nothing.

I'd love to use this app.  But when I went to enter days from earlier in the year, in some cases, it just spins around.  If you go to edit the number of days you had put in and change the location, it just says you already have days saved in this location.  If it would function properly, then I'd love it.  As it is, all I did is waste at least a half hour of my time so thanks for nothing.  Try selling the app when it doesn't have any bugs in it and then maybe I'll be happy to subscribe.

App instantly crashes when I manually try to add the UAE as location for a specific time. Useless piece of software.

I’ve been using this app for one and a half years on a iPhone 16 Max .This is probably the worst piece of software I have used in my 40 years of using computer computers. It constantly crashes, for example if the user selects an overseas destination, say Switzerland, it displays Denmark. If the users select Germany, the app crashes. Repeatedly.
We plan to discontinue this app as soon as 2025 is over.

The app stopped regularly updating locations a few months ago. I was manually updating location a few times a week. The developer reached out and suggested I delete and reinstall it a couple of weeks ago. It’s working great now. Didn’t loose any data on the reinstall either.

Am starting my 3rd year using this. Appreciated the interface and tracking. In the last few months it’s been missing days and need to update manually. Have set location tracking as loosely as possible and even started keeping the app open but it still misses.
