It seems to totally die once in a while, forcing you to uninstall and reinstall it. Killing the app does nothing. ### 2/5 — Buggy *2026-03-20* I'd love to use this app. But when I went to enter days from earlier in the year, in some cases, it just spins around. If you go to edit the number of days you had put in and change the location, it just says you already have days saved in this location. If it would function properly, then I'd love it. As it is, all I did is waste at least a half hour of my time so thanks for nothing. Try selling the app when it doesn't have any bugs in it and then maybe I'll be happy to subscribe. **Developer response:** I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the missing days input. We’d be happy to assist you with this issue. ### 2/5 — Very crash prone *2025-06-21* I’ve been using this app for one and a half years on a iPhone 16 Max .This is probably the worst piece of software I have used in my 40 years of using computer computers. It constantly crashes, for example if the user selects an overseas destination, say Switzerland, it displays Denmark. If the users select Germany, the app crashes. Repeatedly. We plan to discontinue this app as soon as 2025 is over. Buyer beware ! **Developer response:** I’m very sorry for the delayed reply. Thank you! ### 4/5 — The fix worked! *2025-05-14* The app stopped regularly updating locations a few months ago. I was manually updating location a few times a week. The developer reached out and suggested I delete and reinstall it a couple of weeks ago. It’s working great now. The one area of improvement would be to increase the reliability of recognizing the location each day. There are some days when it just does not register. Painful. ### 2/5 — Horrible on iPhone 16 Pro *2025-01-04, version 2.10.0* I have used the app for the past two years on my old iPhone and it worked great it always updated my location daily. Since upgrading to iPhone 16 Pro, I have to log in almost every other day to record a missing day. ### 2/5 — Constantly crashes *2024-12-30, version 2.10.0* App constantly crashes. you have to consistently close the app and reopen it to do anything ### 2/5 — It barely tracks automatically now *2024-12-12, version 2.10.0* When I first started using it, in August 2023, until mid October 2024, it failed to get my location 3 times. Since then, it fails roughly every other day. I got an alert that I had a missing location and tapped on the location and typed the location “Singapore”, once I select the location the app crashes. This is new hasn’t happened in the past. ### 3/5 — App freezes ~80% of the time *2024-07-09, version 2.9.3* It works sure but it freezes more than 80% of the time, often requiring a force close and reopen. I’m running the latest iOS on the newest iPhone and still have this issue. ### 2/5 — Keeps locking up *2024-07-08* At first I could load it, but now, opening it results in it locking up. It occasionally tells me it hasn't gotten my location today (a good thing), but it's become so cumbersome to actually interact with. I’m having issues with it not tracking some of my locations when I’m traveling and this is critical for my tax situation. I have had to manually add my home country 3 times this year and now I logged in to be sure today is counted before I fly out out this afternoon only to see my location as “United States” 🤯🤯🤯 I need Puerto Rico logged for today not just “United States”. I am traveling for job, but always when I travel the app get confused and I need to adjust or confirm the location. When I stay at certain location for few days, I still need to open the app almost daily and add the location manually. At this point it’s just useless. The sane way I can add the record to my calendar, if I need to do the manual adjustments almost daily. Location tracking is the worst. Not worth the money. ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2024-11-22* Doesn’t allow you to edit mistakes . Good idea for an app but due to the above mentioned factor it’s not useful as we humans always make mistakes. If you do one you have to manually charge the year altogether not the dates. You cannot scroll dates on the left of calendar. Thus if you’re in one place on the 20th of a given month you are not allowed to include that you are in the next place on te 21st. Don’t buy it. Both auto tacking the days as well as navigating within the app and adding additional data was working fine. Since the last couple of updates navigating within the app is nearly impossible. The layout didn’t change but it doesn’t recognize tabs many times the only option is to completely force close the app and restart. Auto tracking works even though I would wish the app would be more forceful in notifying me when auto tracking doesn’t workright away. Over three weeks, the app has tracked where I am EXCEPT when I am in NY when it misses about half of the days and I have to add manually. There is no way to force a check in - it missed the last two days which I entered manually and this morning and then it missed today but after I left the state on the train. The app is easy to navigate and helps keep you in compliance tracking your days. It does that masterfully! Simple to use, I don’t even think about it yet on any given day of the year it will tell me how many days I’ve spent in each state. It also keeps track of the actual calendar days so I could retrace my whereabouts on any day of the year. Great resource! ### 5/5 — Does The Job *2024-01-10* I’ve been a subscriber for almost five years. There was a period about one to two years ago following an iOS update that made the app very glitchy and required daily monitoring to make sure locations were being properly recorded. Since that issue was addressed the app works seamlessly in the background and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Just set it and forget it.
