I am unable to retrieve it. Help! ### 3/5 — Ease of Use *2026-04-03, version 9.11.2* I do not think this program is intuitive ### 4/5 — Pretty good *2026-03-02* It keeps opening to tax year 2022, so each time I have to remember to change to the current year. Then when looking at documents I uploaded, it gets stuck and there is no way to go back and see the document list. Update: The IRS tax filing PDF is missing the 1040-ES forms. Sometimes after just 2-3 minutes of getting multiple pages uploaded. I had to exit and go to my PC. I am unable to reach a 60% submission completion rate. I can’t find a major institution like fidelity and the autofill passwords function doesn’t work. No problem with the app. ### 5/5 — Tax Caddy, I was skeptical at first *2024-03-15* My accountant emailed the request to download the mobile app for TaxCaddy to help me organize my taxes on time to file April 15. I was skeptical at first, but after using it just a few times, and for a few hours I found it immensely helpful, easy to learn, and apparently, quite confidential and encrypted. I’m not the greatest record keeper, but with prompts from prior tax years, all the necessary documents were requested and uploaded for my account to use. I scan to .jpg and it doesn’t take it not .png. ### 5/5 — So easy *2024-01-19* This is the first time I have ever used a tax preparation software. I usually keep all my paper documents in a drawer somewhere and drop them off at my CPA's office in an envelope. It has just been more simple FOR ME, not having to learn anything new. But Tax Caddy is so so much easier than the previous software my Tax office used because I can upload all my files digitally right from my iPhone. There are no problems with converting/scanning/compressing files. Everything stays organized in a folder right from iCloud (for me) and in a neat, categorized log for my CPA. No trips to the office! This is the best!
