I can’t log in on the app at all. It used to be better where this reset blockage would happen every now and then. I can’t even use the app now. I just have to login on the website from my phone or just head to my computer. I was hoping to make things more convenient especially after hours but this ain’t it right now ### 1/5 — Trash App *2025-07-21* Constant bugs and outages. Support does nothing but gaslight even when dozens of people report the same issue. ### 2/5 — Missed potential *2026-04-10* It has SO much potential, but it’s missing the mark. The constant forgetting login makes me just sign onto the website on my phone rather than the app. Also, you are SO limited on what you can see that you might as well go to the website. You can’t see anything regarding approval, organizers, signature, invoices, etc. you can only use the chat and see documents. This is nice but would like to see more otherwise why use the app? I understand the website is the full version. It’s fine if you can send for approvals, signatures, organizers, or invoices. I would like to see them on there though ### 2/5 — App constantly logs you out *2025-08-19* The app makes you redo your login code each time you go to login. Each time I set up the 4 digit code and turn on Face ID. Next time I go to login it says unknown error and you have to go through the whole process again. If it’s not going to work, just take out the code step so that we can just enter our password and login. ### 2/5 — Notifications. *2025-08-12* Badges work. However, iPhone general notifications seem to not be working as should (even with all on and permanent settings on) - I keep missing client responses. Also, there should be a filter for unread messages and the ability to pin and group clients. ### 2/5 — Good CRM by Need Pipeline on App *2024-03-12* Need to be able to go to task views and pipelines on app. The CRM info is nice but pretty much useless when trying to track where a client is in a stage. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! Stay in touch! ### 2/5 — Doesn’t capture functionality of website *2022-11-23* Not the best app out there. Can’t even see the pipelines or make changes to them. Half the clients I click on in the client list comes back with an error and I can’t see their info. Love taxdome but this needs a lot of improvement ### 3/5 — Good features, constant log outs *2026-06-17* The features are goods, notifications, etc. but is constantly logging out as if the app updates daily and you have to then log back in, set your country, setup Face ID, etc. no warning when that happens and you lose the ability to received notifications from the app and have to rely on emailed notifications that are setup within the website itself. ### 5/5 — SATISFIED CLIENT! *2025-05-16* Last year, I began searching for a CRM that could integrate with Lacerte, the tax software our firm uses to e-file client returns. That search led me to TaxDome—and I couldn’t be happier. The platform has helped our team build efficient workflows and provided clear visibility into the status of each client’s return. Whenever we encountered challenges or had ideas we weren’t sure how to implement, the TaxDome Community was there to support us. This community includes other tax firms, TaxDome leadership, developers, beta testers, and various support divisions—all ready and willing to help. In all honesty, I’ve never worked with a more responsive and innovative software company. The number of firm requests that were actually implemented was unprecedented. I highly recommend TaxDome. 10/10! ### 5/5 — TaxDome is a must have for firms looking to automate their business *2024-03-13* If you are looking to automate your tax and accounting business, then I would go with TaxDome. It takes some time to get everything set up but it is well worth your time once it’s working properly. I really like the messaging area and the ability to see when I’m assigned a task. I would like to be able to access the files under each client in the firm app but it still gets 5 stars from me! ### 5/5 — Great app - but need ability to send client invites *2022-02-03* I love the app, I know that this developer will continue to improve, as the business we need the ability to send client invites from the app. During tax season me clients overlook their the initial invite to select their password. Would be convenient to be able to send password reset or initial invite. Also would be nice to be able to access folder templates for the clients. That way we could add a fold template to a client on the fly. That would be an awesome addition for us. Keep up the good work. ### 5/5 — Much needed and easy to use *2021-10-06* This is a total game changer for my practice.
