Дуже не зручний додаток. Оплата карткою не працює. Ціна часто відрізняється бо таксисти беруть за таксометром . Нема можливості обирати машини по класу. Часто авто в поганому стані і брудні , водії хамовиті. Диспетчер сказала що вирішить питання що до оплати пообіцяла зателефонувати і звісно нічого не зробила . 
Жахливий сервіс .

Дуже довге очікування таксі. Оператори по хамські відносяться до клієнтів (то кажуть що нема таксі і різко скинуть, то не передзвонять і не скажуть що нема таксі)
Викликаю в Сарнах на вулицю Вишневу кожного дня. Або таксисти принципово не беруть замовлення (бачу по додатку де машини) або кажуть що нема вільних машин. Але ж можна взяти бронь замовлення і приїхати. На другий день паски взагалі ніхто не взяв замовлення хоча машин було купа поруч!!!
За такі гроші могли б і взяти замовлення!!!!
