La Coop taxi , il laisse les personnes Âgées dehors , il peuvent faire attendre les gens bcp plus que 2h , 2h dehors voyons don , sa se boure les poches avec notre argent mais sa offre un service de merde de même, quand vous avez pas de chauffeur dites le au gens, sa se fait pas faire attendre le monde quand dans le fond ils viendras jamais!

J’ai essayer a plusieurs reprises de commander un taxi et impossible de le faire . J’ai tout de suite enlever l’app. Ça ne sert a rien de l’installer vous perdez votre temps

Rien ne fonctionne avec cette application...positionnement GPS, recherche de rue...même le lien pour Appeler via téléphone ne marche pas...pathétique! 

Et c'est pas mieux avec le site internet...

If this is how the taxi industry plans on competing with Uber, they may as well close up shop now. 

When you make a request for a car, it just tells you one is coming, no confirmation that one is on the way. Will only show the car details when they are almost at the door, no estimated time or anything. Then it ignores the options you set. I asked for payment by credit card and the car that showed up had "problems" with his machine.

Ne perdez pas votre temps avec cette appli qui fonctionne très mal. Placez le numéro de Taxi Coop Laval dans vos contacts est bien plus rapide d'utilisation et sans appli.

Taxi tracker option is excellent but App is missing lots of key features that other taxi companies offer.
1) cannot bookmark preferred pick-up address
2) store payment info for easy transactions 
3) schedule pickup at later time
4) estimate trip cost 
5)manual entry of pickup address is too small.
