The paper-and-pencil method used by the company I work for basically summarized revenue for the owner. It didn’t help me keep track of fares throughout the day. This app puts scheduled fares directly into my iOS calendar, which I share with my husband so he knows when I’m busy. I like that I can email receipts directly from the app; however, the process of developing my own template with our logo definitely required some patience and compromise. One thing I’d improve would be the help menu. There isn’t a clearly established FAQ section. A dedicated tab would help out GREATLY. When I run into help suggestions, they are very useful. The creators of the app must be taxi drivers themselves! I just wish it was easier to find answers when I need to troubleshoot. For example, can I add a return trip after I’ve already scheduled a ride? I like that I can run a variety of reports throughout the day to track my money easily;-) Another thing I’d add (I haven’t been able to find this capability) is a field for entering the number of passengers. That’s minor. Overall, this app is great. It covers exactly what I needed and allows me to make commitments quickly, since all I need to do is look at the app to know where I will be! **Developer response:** Hi MamaMac808, thank you for your feedback. I think I can help with your questions: - whenever questions are asked, answers are on http://apps.sb-apps.com/category/english/taxi-data-manager-english/ - regarding scheduling a return ride later: click on the tour in the main screen-> menu top right -> plan return fare - regarding additional fields in the tours: Next to the "Comment label" there a button with an image (tag and '+'-sign). There you can add fields to the tour as much as you want like "numbers of passengers". Also there is a template button to retrieve templates with fields for additional pickups and passengers. But doesn't synchronise the data. It's a grab really for only $4.00 full dispatch solution . Das ist Gut. Erster Eindruck ist überzeugend. Für Einzelunternehmer und kleine Taxi Betriebe vollkommen ausreichend. Quittung und Rechnungen kann man per E-Mail versenden Direkt vom Ipad aus. Mit Dropbox Kann man die Rechnungen auch abspeichern. Für Großunternehmen die über Datenfunk fahren sicherlich nicht das Richtige. Vollkommene Einbindung in die Kontakte und über Maps. Die Fahrpreisberechnung funktioniert auch ohne zu beanstanden. Die App ist sehr schlicht gehalten das Design steht im Hintergrund was aber am Funktionsumfang nicht stört. Oh da kommt ein Einsteiger ich glaub ich muss jetzt arbeiten ### 5/5 — Small company booking system *2014-02-25* This is a brilliant and cost effective app for small taxi or private hire circuits. The developer has used every requirement for the small scale taxi business and is always open to suggestions for improvements. Thank u again:) ### 4/5 — Great App just a few tweaks *2014-01-01* I love your app their is just two thing I could see being a little more productive first if we could have on tracking the paid miles (Distance) input with two decimals, and a report that could be called the end of the day report. The end of the day would have to like all the trips inputted in the app to a takeover time. This would be a great applications. One other thing that would make this applications the best it if on the end shift area while closing out you had a place for companies fuel and driver fuel. Geld Unternehmer - Rechnung nach % Ausrechnung Wir haben sitzkontakte also muss auch an Festpreis Touren irgendwo ein uhrpreis eingegeben werden können und dann der jeweilige Festpreis als "Kasse" bzw ev Rechnung! (Die Differenz muss bei der Auswertung dann abgezogen werden können) Im Moment können wir mit der App. Nichts! Leider Ein tourenspeicher wäre gut! Was it a configuration issue with your iOS/Google/Outlook calendar? ### 3/5 — Für den Anfang ganz gut *2015-05-12* Zu aller erst bin ich froh eine solche Taxi App überhaupt gefunden zu haben. Ich arbeite seit 3 Wochen mit dieser App. Bis jetzt benutze ich diese nur zur Erfassung von einzelnen Fahraufträgen. Die Vorgabefelder sind sehr hilfreich. Die Details werden alle im Apple iPhone 6 Kalender dargestellt. Die individuellen Erinnerungszeiten sind klasse. Leider kann man keine wiederkehrende Aufträge wie Reha oder Krankenfahrten speichern. Immer nur immer jeden Auftrag einzeln. Das sollte beim nächsten Update kommen. Und zwar für einzelne Tage. Had this app sooo long ago. Think it was free at the time. Got it again, love it, just one more tiny little thing, would be good if you could add multiple destinations, would be good for multiple picks for an airport. There are a few small glitches but I think they can be sorted out. So far it is a time saver. I’ve only given it 3 stars as it’s still early days. I want to make sure that the back ups work with confidence and the little glitches are ironed out. I am happy to work with this company to make it a 5 star app because I seriously believe this good be brilliant for small taxi/chauffeur companies. So this is an update. I’ve been using this app for a while now and now I’ve got used to it and set things up the way I want them it’s brilliant. Once I set up my additional fields and sorted out my pricing and found the best ways to send my drivers there details for transfers it has now become easy to use. I’ve also set things up so that every booking I make goes straight into my iOS calendar.
