Leider habe ich direkt nach Reservierung keine Bestätigung erhalten. Was aber viel schlimmer ist, dass die Kosten nachher höher waren als in der App angegeben. Warum wird nicht einfach der konkrete Preis in der App festgelegt? Die Strecke ist doch schon eindeutig. Das macht Uber leider viel viel besser und seriöser. Was gut war, dass der Fahrer pünktlich war und ich wie geplant am Flughafen war. Aber ich greife dann lieber zu Uber, wo der Preis von vornherein feststeht und es keine bösen Überraschungen gibt. ### 3/5 — App ist nicht uneingeschränkt barrierefrei *2026-04-10* die App ist mit VoiceOver für blinde Nutzerinnen und Nutzer nicht nutzbar in allen Punkten. Ich konnte bei der Wahl von Zahlart Apple Pay nicht auswählen, in welcher Höhe ich Trinkgeld geben möchte. Außerdem konnte ich weder meine Fahrt, noch das Fahrzeug oder dem Fahrrad bewerten. Gerne hätte ich meine beiden Fahrer von heute als gut bewertet, es hat aber nicht funktioniert. ### 1/5 — Unzuverlässige App mit gravierenden Mängeln *2026-03-28* Ich bin mit dieser App überhaupt nicht zufrieden und habe eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Leider gibt es mehrere grundlegende Probleme, die die Nutzung unzuverlässig machen: Erstens wird die Position des Taxis auf der Karte nicht korrekt angezeigt. Dadurch ist es für Nutzer kaum möglich nachzuvollziehen, wo sich der Fahrer tatsächlich befindet oder ob er sich überhaupt nähert. Zweitens besteht keine Möglichkeit, während der Wartezeit den Fahrer oder den Kundenservice zu kontaktieren. Das ist ein erhebliches Problem, insbesondere in Situationen mit Verspätungen oder Unklarheiten. Meine persönliche Erfahrung war besonders frustrierend: Ich habe einmal ein Taxi bestellt, der Fahrer ist gekommen, hat uns gesehen – und ist dann ohne jegliche Erklärung einfach weggefahren, ohne uns mitzunehmen. Ich musste anschließend mit meinem 6 Monate alten Baby im Regen warten, bis ein anderes Taxi kam. Das war äußerst belastend und inakzeptabel. Ich hoffe, dass diese schwerwiegenden Mängel zeitnah behoben werden. In der aktuellen Form kann ich die App jedoch keinesfalls empfehlen. ### 1/5 — Nicht nochmal *2025-12-31* Sorry aber wir haben 3 Stunden vorher ein Taxi bestellt für eine Wunschzeit und standen anschließend 1 Stunde draußen im Regen und haben gewartet. Anstatt eine Meldung kommt das doch kein Taxi verfügbar ist lässt man eine warten. Nie wieder tut mir leid aber das ist kein Service und dafür zahlt man eigentlich. ### 2/5 — Mürrische Taxifahrer *2025-11-05* Leider muss ich meine Erfahrung mit den Taxifahrern welche über die App vermittelt wurden als äußerst negativ bewerten. Einer hat sich extrem mürrisch über die Festpreis Festsetzung beschwert und akzeptierte keine elektronische Zahlung zumal dies in der App als solche ausgewählt war. Nur Bar. Auch habe ich keinen Beleg erhalten, schon gar nicht elektronisch. Den einzigen Punkt den ich vergeben kann, ist das die App zuverlässig ist was die Ankunft der Fahrer angeht und sonst im wesentlichen gut funktioniert. Etwas rudimentär und verstaubt allerdings. ### 5/5 — Klasse App *2025-09-11* Alles funktioniert super und zuverlässig. Sehr freundlicher Fahrer ### 1/5 — Nur bedingt nutzbar *2025-09-01* Die App taugt doch vorne und hinten nichts. Wo kann ich angeben, dass ich ein Fahrrad mitnehmen möchte und somit ein großes Auto brauche? Wo kann ich angeben, dass ich ein 18 Monate altes Kind dabei habe, einen richtigen Kindersitz brauche und nicht nur eine einfache Sitzerhöhung? Diese App ist absolut nutzlos. Man kann nur wählen, ob man ein normales oder ein großes Auto möchte und ob man ein Kind über 4 Jahren dabei hat. Ich habe letztens ein großes Auto bestellt, weil ich mein Fahrrad mitnehmen möchte. Und als das große Taxi kommt, sagt mir der Fahrer, dass er keine Fahrräder mitnimmt. Wie kann ich also ein Taxi bestellen, wo ich mein Fahrrad mitnehmen kann? Warum gibt es diese Filtermöglichkeiten nicht? Letztlich muss man dann doch immer wieder bei der Taxizentrale anrufen, um zu bestellen. Da sind andere Anbieter deutlich weiter. Willkommen in der digitalen Welt 2025… Führt doch endlich mal ein, dass man auch einen Kindersitz für Kleinkinder bestellen kann, nicht für Babys, sondern einen ganz normalen Kindersitz für Kinder zwischen 18 Monaten und 4 Jahren. Führt doch endlich mal den Button ein, dass man angeben kann, ob man ein Fahrrad oder vielleicht einen Rollator dabei hat. Und führt endlich mal einen Button ein, dass der Fahrer einem auch beim Tragen hilft, dass er zum Beispiel so nett ist, und einem den Koffer aus der zweiten Etage ins Taxi trägt. Für ein schnelles Taxi, ohne große Sonderwünsche, ist diese App okay. Wenn man aber 2 oder 3 Extras wünscht, ist diese App nutzlos und man muss wieder ewig lange in den Warteschleifen der Taxiunternehmen warten.
