Either allow us to drop a pin on where we desire to be picked up, because when drivers don’t read the street signs and only follow the given GPS, a lot of them get really rude about it. ### 2/5 — Garbage *2024-12-29, version 36.3.0* Barely works compared to the old one. All my notification texts came through 10 and a half hours late. The app is not good at telling you that your cab is on the way ### 1/5 — Why pre book??????? *2024-11-21, version 36.1.0* AVOID THIS APP… They have to fix this app … the old app you pre book and your book is on time on this one you pre book and your taxi is late over 30 minutes … THATS A JOKE !!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Removed all my info *2024-11-16, version 36.1.0* I’ve reviewed each taxi driver for years, I had credit on the app too. Suddenly all my info is gone and account removed. New app layout too? Doesn’t run as well and incredibly frustrating I have to start from zero. ### 1/5 — Very ineffective redesign *2024-11-10, version 36.1.0* This new design is horrible. Duplicates of addresses are coming up. The loss of the ability to track the driver is also a ridiculous edit, this was key for us as the driver would usually go to the wrong location. The app it’s self is now also hard to navigate. ### 1/5 — Terrible redesign. *2024-11-07* This new redesign of the app is appalling. Where before you could see all information easily now you need to go into multiple menus. Also, you can no longer track the drivers so you do not know how close they are, or if they have gone to wrong place for pick-up. I did not realise there was any policy in place that prevented this. A female driver asked how old he was he stated his age she said get in an abrupt voice didn’t speak to My Boy or say thank you when he got out of the taxi. Very poor customer service ### 2/5 — New bug? *2024-10-09, version 34.6.17* Just opened the App today and it said updated terms etc. needed to be agreed. Clicked then forever waiting and couldn’t use it. Must be a bug to be fixed as soon as possible ### 1/5 — Bad App *2024-09-10, version 34.6.17* Refuses to accept Apple Pay and then blocks you. Also can’t change ‘4 passenger, 2 luggage’ so price was £4 more than simply phoning for cab. When you phone you get recorded message asking you to download the app. Why? Don’t do it! ### 5/5 — Very good man and good at hes job *2024-07-20, version 34.6.17* Very good service ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible service. *2026-06-02, version 36.9.0* Their taxis can take ages even though the app says a wait time of approx 15mins you can wait over 40mins for a taxi. ### 1/5 — AVOID: Added extra charges after quoting different price *2025-08-31, version 36.9.0* I would avoid this app. I used it to book a trip and was quoted a certain price only to find that additional charges had been added on afterwards. It did not show what these were for but apparently could be due to waiting, tolls etc. I was out for my taxi at the booked time and we had a clear run to my destination with no traffic nor tolls/fees so I don’t know why they should automatically be able to charge me extra on top of the quoted fair without justifying what the additional charge is beforehand. Might as well just give them free access to my bank account to take as much as they like. Dishonest fiddle in my opinion. ### 1/5 — Arrival time *2025-07-25, version 36.8.0* It takes way too long to find drivers it’s frustrating ### 1/5 — Stealing your metrics and gaining favour *2025-04-06, version 36.6.0* Classic either fail or tactics.. 100,000 notifications?! …You are clearly cheating the system and poorly managing your app. Not to mention another company’s driver took a booking then refused to take someone, allegedly an “app” issue. Idiots. ### 1/5 — Spam?? *2025-03-31, version 36.6.0* I kid you not I had 10,000 notifications over the course of a week. Cleared them then 100,000 in 3 days. I have screenshots but I’m unsure how to attach them. This is ridiculous 😭 ### 1/5 — Oops message *2025-01-26, version 36.3.0* Every time I try to book a trip, I get the ‘oops’ message and to try again later! However, I only get the ‘oops’ message. Then I phone, only to get the irritating message to get the app! ### 1/5 — Doesn't work *2025-01-06, version 36.3.0* Still haven't fixed the multitude of bugs since the upgrade last year. Says a lot that all the recent reviews are saying the same thing and all negative. Maybe stop using the intern to to do the UX testing? Pre booking NEVER works. Unbelievable it's still not sorted after 6 months. Also, the service has dropped recently as well. Having to wait 20+ mins pass my requested pick-up time on a regular basis. Avoid. He drove very well and we had a good chat and a few laughs. He was polite and had a great smile.
