WORST APP EVER! *2024-07-13, version 3.6.16* This is the worst app ever made. Used it once by creating an account. Ate dinner. Then tried using the app again and it wouldn’t work. It signed me out and would not allow me to sign back in. I tried using my phone number and it won’t let a US number receive the code. Also “forgot password” does not work. DO NOT USE THIS APP! ### 1/5 — Still not accepting US phone numbers *2024-07-12, version 3.6.16* Request SMScode and… nothing. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with U.S. Phone Number *2024-07-01, version 3.6.16* Tried to register to the app but the SMS required to confirm phone number never arrives to the US phone number I provided. It doesn’t seem to work and I get no response from repeated emails to the company. I’m able to login on website, but the app won’t accept the same login. ### 1/5 — App Bad, Taxi Service Great *2025-09-03, version 3.7.1* app only works to login once and only once with your phone number, then to use it again, you have to delete it. It is caching or doing something crazy that it can’t get you logged back in again if you have used it before so only option is to delete it entirely and start over if you want to use their service more than once. Fingers crossed the scheduled service for the airport I booked 2 days from now actually shows up to pick us up cause when I log back in now, the booking is gone! App is very unreliable! However, the service and drivers themselves are top not ch! Definitely should work on this app as it would be a great travel aid for visitors to your city. Lots of young developers out there eager to do this kind of work, go get them. ### 1/5 — Crashes often *2025-08-29* Crashes and is unreliable, even after signup. I have an American phone number, just change the country code to yours and it’ll create you an account. It’s sooo easy. A taxi showed up faster than an Uber I’ve requested. ### 5/5 — American phone numbers work now *2024-08-15, version 3.6.16* I see that all the older reviews say this app doesn’t work w an American number, it appears that way but you just have to delete the Icelandic area code (I think it’s +354) and replace it with +1(your area code). You just have to include the plus sign ### 5/5 — Worked Perfect for Me *2024-08-11, version 3.6.16* I’m an American and needed a ride from downtown Reykjavik to a car rental place on the other side of town. I was able to download and use this app just like I would Uber or Lyft back home. Driver arrived almost immediately and got me to my destination quick. He was very friendly and hospitable. Only downside is it’s pricy, but I think that’s the case with all taxis in the area. I wanted to share my positive experience since I saw this app had a poor rating so far. Bug: when locating a trip where the driver is on the way, a ‘cancel trip’ modal slides up and can’t be dismissed. This causes the map to be covered. Plz fix. Okthxbai! ### 3/5 — Works Great After Signup *2025-04-06, version 3.7.1* The most difficult part is the signup process. I have an American phone number and for some reason, the app will not let you complete signup until you are actually IN Iceland already. Tried several times while I was in another country but kept receiving an error. Once I was signed up, I have had no issues using it.
