It is not, you are at the mercy of this incompetent platform. Waited over 45 minutes on a Monday afternoon, still no dispatch. Needs competition to become more efficient. Broken system at the disadvantage of the client. Application inutile. Attendre 45 minutes un lundi debut d’après-midi et aucune voiture est disponible. Customer service was rude and refused to investigate the situation or issue a refund. Beyond disappointed.
