In a country where there is no uber, this system should be more efficient. It is not, you are at the mercy of this incompetent platform. Waited over 45 minutes on a Monday afternoon, still no dispatch. Needs competition to become more efficient. Broken system at the disadvantage of the client. 

Application inutile. Attendre 45 minutes un lundi debut d’après-midi et aucune voiture est disponible. Vaux mieux appeler un service voiturier que d’utiliser cette application. Comme dans tout regime autoritaire sans competition, qui souffre est le client.

Driver arrived at the wrong location, waited out the timer, ignored me when I waved him down, and charged me a €10 no-show fee anyway.

Customer service was rude and refused to investigate the situation or issue a refund.

Beyond disappointed. This is one of the worst examples of poor customer service and unfair business practices I’ve experienced.

Driver was informative and good at his job. I recommend to download the app to book a ride Driver was informative and good at his job. I recommend to download the app to book a ride. There are not a lot of taxis available and they are the only ride in town after the last train. People were waiting at the taxi stand by Casino Monte Carlo and the driver skipped all of them because we booked on the app
