At Taxi Stockholm you get a safe and personalised service with environment friendly cars and well trained drivers. In the app you can book your trip quickly and easily. Choose between regular, business, or large taxis, with or without extras as a child seat or room for your dog. You can also choose to travel for a fixed or metered price, and pay with your card in the app, via invoice through your taxi account, or directly to the driver in the car. Tells you license information so you can find your taxi. ### 1/5 — Poor service *2026-05-20* When you order for the big bus. It never comes. There’s no update. It takes forever to order a bus on the App. Hopefully they improve or acquire more larger cars ### 5/5 — Taxi Sthlm *2026-03-10* Taxi Stockholm is the only taxi company I use in Stockholm. Imagine you are to fly to Stockholm from a different time zone and want to prebook a taxi on arrival. The app asks you for the landing time. You check your flight booking, which always gives you the local time, and enter it in the app. The app however thinks you are entering the local time of where you are at the moment and automatically converts it to Swedish time. So if, for example, you are booking from the UK it will add an hour to the time you entered. If you don’t notice that nobody will be waiting for you on arrival. ### 5/5 — EXCELLENT taxi service! *2023-11-27* I prebooked my car to get from the airport to my hotel. The driver was waiting with my name on a sign. The car was VERY nice and clean! The company’s app is also very user friendly and I highly recommend it. All in all, a GREAT taxi company to use! ### 1/5 — Corrupt Service *2023-11-16* If you pre book a taxi for a specific time, and you arrive at that specific time you might still have to pay extra. If the taxi arrives before your booked time, you have to pay extra waiting time. This is outrageous! Taxi Stockholm is the only company that I know of that does this and I will never use them again. Charging me extra when I am late is when one thing, but charging extra when I am not late, or even early is a scam. At first I thought this was actually a mistake, but complaining to customer service, they said this is their policy. Essentially what they said is that we make sure we are time (great) and you will pay extra for this (bad!). Stay away. ### 1/5 — SMS broken *2023-08-06* Update broke the app, SMS verification code is never sent which is required to use anything ### 1/5 — Registration is broken for non Swedish phone numbers *2023-08-04* It used to be a good app but the registration flow for non Swedish phone number is broken. No registration code is sent. Without it, you cannot register and order a taxi.
