Da man keine Nachrichten an das Taxi senden und auch nicht anrufen kann, geistert das Taxi in der falschen Straße herum, bis die Bestellung storniert wird. Man sieht nur noch das Logo. ### 1/5 — Cancelled my trip 4 times. *2025-06-07, version 7.6.5* Ordered 4 taxis each time they cancelled my trip the moment they pulled up and let random people in, better of calling a taxi company or your hotel to book you one, drivers are also very rude with the expection of the one women who actually did her job ### 2/5 — Man zahlt schnell doppelt *2025-05-31* Leider ist es so, dass bei der Bestellung eines Taxis auf der Kreditkarte ein Betrag reserviert wird. Im Taxi selber verlangen Fahrer eine Zahlung in bar oder mit Karte. Wenn man dann erneut ein Taxi bestellt beziehungsweise es reicht schon,wenn man die App öffnet, wird einem angezeigt, dass der Betrag noch zu zahlen ist. Mir ist es so passiert, dass ich doppelt gezahlt habe und das Geld habe ich nie zurückbekommen. Afterwards, you’ll be able to get past the loading screen but the UX beyond that is so awful you’d wish that your app continued to crash ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — The Worst App EVER *2026-06-02, version 7.7.7* The app itself is very clunky. It's very slow to enter your location. You can enter wait five minutes or so for a Taxi, they accept your journey then cancel and you have to enter all the details again. As the summer gets underway you can do that 10 times it drives you mad! ### 1/5 — Unusable *2026-05-18, version 7.7.7* The app just plain doesn’t work. Not sure how this even got App Store approval. Can’t add favourites, can’t get out of the language setting page, had to close the app and restart. Can’t change your location so can’t pre-book a trip. Decided to uninstall and can’t delete your account so now they have info my info forever. And not confident at all about how secure my info is. ### 1/5 — Didn’t work *2026-02-21, version 7.7.6* Tried to use in Tenerife, got message “the subscriber account already activated” when trying to book a taxi. How do you have an error message that is actually a positive statement. Idiot developers. Complete waste of time and let down. Deleted. ### 1/5 — Extremely unreliable and a time-waster. *2025-12-30, version 7.7.2* It's better than nothing but four times out of five the addresses in their database are completely inaccurate. The taxi drivers will instantly accept your booking then immediately drive off in the opposite direction clearly with other passengers but won't cancel. So you'll be left standing around wondering what's happened. When the drivers do decide to see through the booking, they often seem to have no ability to figure out where you actually are so eventually give up and again just drive off in the opposite direction. As I said, it's better than nothing but don't rely on it. ### 1/5 — Constantly crashes *2025-11-29, version 7.7.2* Terrible! ### 1/5 — Stole my bag *2025-10-15, version 7.7.2* Took a taxi to a restaurant and on leaving the car the driver sped off. Contacted the company countless times but provided no help. Eventually had to go to the police station and report the crime to claim on my insurance. ### 1/5 — Scam Drivers *2025-09-04, version 7.6.90* Driver parked away from the agreed pick up stop (it was at a accessible place), called us to say we had to walk to him. When we managed to find the taxi he had parked in a hotel car park and ignored us as we went to talk to him instead was just playing the crossword. After literally standing in from of him and waving in his face he let us in the car. We got in the taxi to find HE HAD LEFT THE METER RUNNING. It had already racked up 6 euros before we even set off. We paid him to play a game in the newspaper, what a disgrace. ### 1/5 — Slow, unreliable and backwards for ages of technology we live in. Terrible infrastructure & service *2025-08-19, version 7.6.90* Not reliable, poor grade and low budget app for an high grade island that is incredibly expensive. It can cancel you whenever it feels like it. Customer service is awful and not helpful! Uber is a more expensive however, on point and more reliable than this app! You can’t even make contact with the driver unless they call you, which most don’t and ignore you or some drivers call to ask where you are going and if the direction doesn’t suit them they cancel you especially if you get drivers around their change over time of 17:00h. ### 1/5 — le plus dur c’était pourtant van djik *2025-08-19* Application aussi bancale que mon avenir. Buchung war einfach, Taxi ist vorher angekommen und der voraussichtliche Preis stimmte auch. I must say, the previous review is unfair: • Ibiza is an island in the Med not a cosmopolitan mainland city. • The app works perfectly well • We are a party of 12, we order three taxis and three taxis turn up.
