Overall experience very very pleasant indeed. Only downside to this company is their cancellation policy. Especially our last, leaving the city. I managed to drop my phone in the cab and didn’t realize until he drove off. Almost immediately used my wife’s phone to call mine. Took a minute but he answered and volunteered that he’d return it shortly. Had it back in less than five minutes. App easy to use as well. ### 1/5 — Do not use this app *2025-08-11, version 5.35* At no point during the booking process do they tell you there is a cancellation fee - and it is punitive. My booking wasn’t confirmed and their site told me there was a problem. It let me cancel without any notice of cancellation fee. They are refusing to refund and I am hundreds out of pocket. The trip to was perfect but coming back they cancelled my trip about an hour before we were to be picked up causing me a lot of stress since this ride was pre planned In advance for my group of 6. We had to figure out a way home which was a total nightmare. I will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-08-09, version 5.69* Awful app and company. They changed the vehicle to a lower class than booked without asking. Refused to keep my original booking (but kept the payment). Only when complaining did they offer a discount. I then cancelled, to which they magically offered to keep my original booking and vehicle class. Definitely don’t bother - zero confidence in this scam business. Reading other reviews suggest they might not even turn up. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-08-07, version 5.69* No answer from the phone service after numerous attempts. They also deducted the entire fare after cancelling because I couldn’t get through to them. They are an aggregator with extremely poor customer service and a scam. Cancelled 2 days before the trip. ### 1/5 — Really bad experience *2026-05-22, version 5.42* I called from the airport letting them know I landed early and asking if there was a chance I could get a taxi earlier, given that I would wait an hour for the booked ride. Bad connection on their side, but they say they will contact the driver and he will call me. After 40 minutes I call again to know what’s happening, even if they can’t get the ride earlier at least they were supposed to call. Same answer on their side other side. After 70 minutes, now we are 10 minutes late on the original booking, I call again and ask them to let me know what’s happening is going on: I still haven’t been called. At this point they say to wait in line, they are contacting the driver. They confirm I’ll get the call soon. I receive the call, it’s the driver asking me where I am because he’s waiting for me! It turns out the driver was never contacted, they just received a message saying the ride is at the original hour. They had been waiting around for the original booking time! And they are calling me spontaneously, not because he’s been prompted by Taxicode (or their subcontractor). Result: I get the ride 20 minutes late for the original booking, after waiting in the airport for 80 minutes. Checking with the driver and the info on the email: Taxicode sucontracted my ride to Miniride (the disastrous customer support), which subcontracted to another local company, which subcontracted to the driver’s company! 4 levels of subcontracting! I’ll never use this company again. ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-10-28, version 5.37* Wish I’d read the reviews earlier, but I had exactly the same experience as many other reviewers. Booked and took payment, even stating it was confirmed and then cancelled last minute leaving me without transport and no refund. ### 1/5 — Would never use again *2025-08-29, version 5.36* Would never use again. Paid a small fortune to get the family collected from a wedding. Nobody turned up, nobody answered the phone and we were left stranded miles from anywhere at midnight. Booking and communications were easy and we were kept in the loop of everything. The driver was friendly and very helpful. The vehicle was immaculate and even kept at the perfect temperature for us all. Definitely recommend 100% ### 5/5 — New User, Amazing 1st Experience *2026-07-28, version 5.69* Booking was so easy that I couldn’t mess it up. I got an instant confirmation and an additional one when my driver was assigned. Driver was not just on time but earlier, which was great!!! He was very focused on getting us to the train on time but safely, I didn’t feel endangered or that we were going too fast at any time. On top of that he was very personable and friendly. He helped me with my bags on and off and also made sure we knew where to go when he dropped us off so we could get to the station on time (which we got there early, thanks to our driver).
