Wenn ich zuhause die App starte, wird meine registrierte Adresse vorgeschlagen und angezeigt. Ich wohne in einem Gartenhaus, so dass die Wohnung näher an der Parallelstraße liegt. Wenn ich das Ziel angeben habe und den Auftrag erteile, stelle ich in der Bestätigung fest, dass die App den Startpunkt in die Parallelstraße verlegt hat. Auch wenn ich den Fahrer sofort informiere, kommt er schon verärgert an. Bitte die Auftragsprozedur so ändern, dass dies nicht passieren kann! ### 3/5 — App needs work, drivers are alright *2025-12-17, version 12.9.5638* I really want this app to work. It charges drivers the closest to a fair commission. The app makes it hard though. Previous problems with payments on the app caused me to give up on taxi.eu. It has been some time, so I tried again, thinking maybe those problems had been fixed. They were, but the app needs a lot of work. 1. Locations. On multiple occasions, the app places me somewhere where I am not. Or it looks right on my map, but a driver told me they thought I was elsewhere. Or a driver only got a street name, but no number, or a driver was sent to the courtyard behind my building instead of the street in front of it. I get alerts that my taxi has arrived when it is still around the corner or somewhere else I can’t see. 2. Payment. Paying in advance takes four more clicks than any other app. one should only need to confirm once, not twice. The wait time for each step is longer than the other apps too. 3. Payment. I can pay in advance if I want a fixed rate. If I want to pay by distance/time, it isn’t automatic a la FreeNow. It requires that o sit in the taxi while the driver works out how to get a code, send a request, I type it in and approve etc. This is extra annoying when the app needs three times as long with this app as with others to process each steps 3. Wait times. When I request a taxi, it takes noticeably longer for a driver to accept my request than it does with FreeNow, even in areas with many taxis. I assume this is at least partially due to slow processing at every step - receive and process my request, share it with drivers, receive notification of acceptance, notifying me. 4. Too many notifications. Don’t send me three requests to rate a ride. Don’t send me any requests to rate a ride before the ride is even over. As long as I’m not in a hurry, I keep trying, because I want to support the drivers. That is the only reason I keep trying. As an app experience it is too annoying to use when compared to the competition. ### 3/5 — Unklare Oberfläche *2025-02-24* Bei einer Vorbestellung gelangt man am Ende zu einem „Speichern“-Button, nach dessen Antippen man keinerlei Bestätigung erhält, ob man damit nur seine Eingaben (vorübergehend?) speichert, oder ob tatsächlich eine Fahrt gebucht wird. Die Vorbestellung findet man danach kommentarlos unter dem Menüpunkt „Vorbestellungen“, und die Auswahlmöglichkeit „Stornieren“ indiziert, dass (wohl?) eine konkrete Buchung erfolgt ist. Ob das der Fall ist, erfahre ich ggf., wenn niemand kommt und es zu spät ist, sodass ich meinen Zug nicht bekomme... Zu erkennen ist nichts - keine Annahme durch einen Fahrer, keine angekündigte Taxinummer o.ä. Das ist in einer geschäftlichen Terminsache Stress auslösend. Generell führt unbedachtes Klicken bei dieser App ohne jede übliche Nachfrage („Jetzt Buchung bestätigen?“ o.ä.) viel zu schnell zu Buchungen. Eine der unangenehmsten Apps von der Bedienungsführung her, aus meiner Sicht. ### 3/5 — Need payment through the app *2024-05-30* Really missing the card payment through the app. ### 3/5 — Bahrain Mobile Prefix *2024-04-03, version 12.6.4922* As a Bahraini number I can’t register because it is not included in the prefix. ### 4/5 — App funktioniert nicht *2024-03-12* Lässt sich einmal nutzen, dann Fehlermeldung wegen „überlastetem Server“. Nach Neu-Installation geht’s aber wieder, obwohl der Server doch angeblich überlastet war. Funktioniert aber wieder nur einmal, dann wieder der gleiche Fehler. Major design flaw. ### 4/5 — SMS kamen nun an *2023-06-14* Nach langen warten kamen dann doch noch SMS an daher erst einmal 4 Sterne da die App recht einfach aufgebaut ist . Man findet sich sehr schnell zurecht . But, if you want to pay with PayPal or your credit card FORGET IT! No matter how many times I have tried to enter my credit card information and my PayPal information and request that it be used to pay for a cab ride, it just will not do it. My credit card is accepted, my PayPal account is approved, the app will not allow me to use either method of payment. ### 1/5 — Broken app *2022-05-24* Broken app - cannot register. To verify a telephone number the app uses SMS/text messages. I tried countless times to verify my number—both in the US and in Europe— but I never received the registration SMS. There is no other way to register. Developers: Please fix your app!! ### 3/5 — It was good until it stopped working *2021-10-07, version 12.2.3717* I moved to Germany not a long time ago, and I was happy that I found an app, where I can book taxi online. It’s a bit expensive, but still affordable. I was using this app for like 6-7 times to book taxi, but unfortunately it stopped working. Every time, when I want to book taxi it’s says system error. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, I made new account, but still the same issue. However it won’t text to an Irish phone number.. Ireland is part of the EU so taxi.eu is a misnomer… ### 1/5 — need an account *2025-07-04, version 12.7.5128* when you open the app it looks like you don’t need an account but when you try to book a taxi you first need to create an account with phone number and email address. not to recommend if you are travelling and don’t have a phone number or need to get a taxi quickly ### 1/5 — Bad coding *2025-04-25* Can not even pass the registration step since the app requires the length of last name to be at least 3 characters. My last name only has 2 characters. The first time I used the app to pre order a taxi for the next morning, the driver was 5 mins late, then cancelled. The reassigned driver also never showed up. Das geschieht durchschnittlich einmal bis zweimal in der Woche… Aufgrund meiner Sehbehinderung bin ich auf eine gewisse Barrierefreiheit angewiesen Apps müssen mit meinemScreenreader zusammenarbeiten. Drivers are courteous and professional and they arrive on time or early. I like to schedule my trips in advance via the app. Having a credit card on file works seamlessly. Unklar ist auch die Personenzahl der Mitfahrer. Wir waren 4. Wegen Corona darf auf dem Beifahrersitz niemand sitzen. Braucht man dann immer ein XXL Taxi ?. Ich arbeite schon einige Jahre mit der App und leider ist die Ortung zumindest in Hamburg ungenauer geworden und die Kontaktaufnahme direkt zum Fahrer ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Schade **Developer response:** Hallo Schorse59, die Qualität der Ortung richtet sich nach der GPS-Verfügbarkeit an Deinem Standort. Um dem Fahrer eine Nachricht zu senden, nütze bitte die Inn-App-Funktion. In den nächsten Releases werden wir diese Inn-App-Kommunikation noch weiter verbessern. Dein taxi.eu Team ### 5/5 — Super *2019-05-10* Ich finde die App eigentlich gut, jedoch nicht sehr gut. Die Bezahlung per App muss für die Fahrgäste noch einfacher laufen. Und für die Fahrer muss dies auch bisschen einfacher sein. Ansonsten muss Herr Waldner noch sehr viel Werbung machen für die App Özgür Bozkurt aus Berlin ### 5/5 — Nie wieder ohne *2018-05-24* Mehrfach in Berlin angewendet, noch nie Probleme gehabt. Kurz vor Ablauf der Zeit springt die Reservierung auf Aktuell um in der Taxler holt mich pünktlich ab. Die Anfahrt kann ich in der Map verfolgen so dass ich auch nicht unnötig auf der Straße warten muss oder der Taxler mit dem Klingeln den Rest der Familie weckt.
