I tried to reset my login although I don’t think I had an account. The Taxiin app cancelled our taxi 7 minutes before supposed arrival. We had to scramble to find something else or we would have been out all the money for the tour. Never use this app!!!! **Developer response:** In our terms and conditions it does say when you schedule a ride in remote areas it is best to contact the call centre because there are no taxis in remote areas.
