Driver was 30 minutes late. I phoned twice and I was fobbed off with promises of the taxi coming soon. Neither of the people I spoke to on the phone, or the driver apologised.

Ordered a taxi Saturday afternoon for a 19:00 pickup. Ten minutes after seven I called them and they said the taxi would arrive in ten to twelve minutes. It didn’t. After five calls each one saying it would be with me shortly, and one hour later, we walked to our destination in pouring rain. Evening completely ruined.

Twice I have booked online and twice I’ve been accused of not paying when I have paid. Disgusting! I will not be using your services again.

I have been using taxi-link for my commute for the past year, I’ve had a great overall experience. Any complaints and queries were dealt with promptly. Definitely would recommend this to others as fares are reasonable.
