## What is Taxim?

Taxim is a new taxi ordering service. The best way to appreciate our service is to download our app and order a car at a low price.

Taxim helps you manage your rides on your smartphone. Our selection of rates and ample features will make your ride comfortable and streamline the ordering process.

Create an order
Start entering an address and the app will display autocomplete suggestions. An even faster alternative is to mark the required address on the map. Add, swap or delete an unlimited number of addresses before the ride or even en route. The app will remember the route, so you can just select it from the list next time you need a ride.

Choose a rate
Order a car, a compact MPV for several people, or a moving truck. If you need a cheap taxi, choose our Economy rate. If you value comfort, opt for the Comfort rate. If you want your driver to be a woman, choose the For women rate.

Specify additional requests
Indicate whether you are riding with a child and/or transporting a pet or luggage in just a few taps. Order a taxi for a friend — all the relevant order notifications will be sent to his or her phone. If your loved ones are worried about you, there is a special feature to share your location. This lets your loved ones track your taxi in real time.

Track the driver's location
The app has an online map that displays nearby drivers who are ready to accept your order. When your order is accepted, you can track your driver's location on this map in real time. Use the in-app chat or call the driver to specify the pick-up address. At the end of the ride, tap the thumb-up/down button to give positive or negative feedback.

То таксист кальяньщик с горящим кальяном в салоне , то всякий сброд в виде грубиянов и замов водителей, служба поддержки которой вообще побоку все что происходит . В общем хуже некуда

Приложение сырое, недоработанное. Нет тёмной темы, дизайн на троечку. Старое приложение значительно лучше.

Самое отвратительное такси в городе! Нет никакого смысла заказывать в этом приложении, потому что водители не берут заказы. Или же эти заказы нужно ждать по 30-40 минут. В чём вообще смысл тогда заказывать машину?! Причём такая проблема была почти всегда, и это вообще не связано с проблемами интернета или бензина.

Просто ужас! Старое приложение Максим работало в белых списках, новое же требует стабильный мобильный интернет, которого нет в городе практически никогда! Три раза писала в техподдержку, и мне высылали отписки мол закажите на сайте или по телефону! По телефону мне неудобно, сайт тоже не открывается! Прошу назвать сроки, когда новое приложение добавят в белые списки, в ответ отписки - сроков не знает!!! Прошу оставить возможность пользоваться тогда старым приложением, ответ - нет, оно уже не поддерживается. Ну так поддерживайте значит пока не можете сделать нормальное новое приложение! Почему все так халтурно!? Я опоздала на работу из-за того, что глушили интернет, соответственно новое приложение taxim не хотело запускаться в принципе, а старое просило обновления!!!!!! Ужас, а не поддержка!!!!

Какой смысл делать приложение,если такси ждать по 30 минут, так водители ещё и сами отменяют заказ! Какого х**? В итоге просто сидишь ждешь, водитель едем и через 5 минут заказ тупо отменяется. И так по кругу пол часа.

Безобразное приложение, такси вызвать невозможно, потому, что не удается установить приложение, коды не приходили, спустя 15 минут один пришел, но, оказывается нельзя войти, потому как лимит по отправке кодов исчерпан. Бред и безобразие. Явно придется менять такси
