I love this app for its features, but there's a critical issue that needs addressing. The app must remain active and in the foreground for it to function correctly. If it runs in the background, it glitches, causing errors like thousands of dollars in overcharges that are impossible to adjust after a drive.

Review for the Meter App

I’ve been using the Meter App to streamline my invoicing based on my daily driving routes, and it’s been absolutely exceptional. As someone who juggles multiple clients and routes each day—each with different needs and destinations—this app has been a lifesaver.

It seamlessly tracks my real routing history throughout the day and turns that into clear, organized invoices. I don’t have to manually piece together who I drove, where we went, or how to bill each client—Meter does it all for me. It’s made my end-of-day wrap-up so much easier and has really helped me keep my business organized.

If you handle multiple rides and clients like I do, I highly recommend giving the Meter App a try! It’s a game-changer.

I was the first person in my area to introduce this app to many of my colleagues monthly subscription used to be less than five pound but now it’s nearly £10 in my opinion it’s a best app but subscription is expensive now

I own a luxury chauffeur service based in Western North Carolina. Just signed up for the Meter app, and initially was excited to find an all-in-one app to track my fleet.

However, today I got a call asking for MR. Chambers— I correct them and say I think you’re looking for MRS. Chambers. They say “no, I need to speak with the owner.” I corrected him again and tell them I am the owner. I asked what this call is regarding. They genetically say “meter app”… I tried to clarify whether they’re wanting to book, to which they tried to fake book. I thought it was a scam and hung up.

Called back from my personal number— got an automated answering system for Thomas Degan in Sales. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, and unclear as to why he was calling. I may be cancelling and finding a different App to handle my business.

App is a waste. It’s just a money grab. You can’t use the services on here unless you watch an ad or subscribe to the app. They say it’s a “free trial & you can cancel at anytime” but we all know what that means.. Don’t waste your time.

Excelente aplicación para quienes trabajamos en transporte privado y rideshare. La interfaz es limpia, intuitiva y muy fácil de usar incluso en momentos de alta demanda.

Permite configurar tarifas personalizadas (base, milla, minuto y mínimo) con total precisión, lo cual es fundamental para ofrecer un servicio profesional y transparente a los clientes. El cálculo es exacto y confiable.

Además, transmite una imagen más ejecutiva y organizada frente al pasajero, algo clave si quieres posicionarte en un segmento premium. La recomiendo totalmente para conductores que buscan profesionalizar su servicio y tener control real sobre sus tarifas.
