Made an account yesterday to find a taxi. I tried for 10 minutes to get one but a driver could not be found, so obviously I close the app and delete my account. After 20 minutes 5€ is withdrawn from my bank account by taxiplon without me receiving any service? I try reaching support but nobody answers. What is this trickery?

Το λιγότερο απαράδεκτοι .. μπαίνω στην εφαρμογή 13:30 το μεσημέρι να κάνω ένα ραντεβού για τις 20:30 από ένα χωριό της Χίου για το λιμάνι της Χίου , ξεκινάω για το σημείο επιβίβασης και πέντε λεπτά πριν με παίρνουν τηλέφωνο και μου λένε δεν υπάρχει διαθέσιμο ταξί . Της απαντάω έκλεισα το ραντεβού για να φτάσω την συγκεκριμένη ώρα κάτω να πάρω το πλοίο για Πειραιά και η απάντηση ηταν τώρα δεν υπάρχει ταξί και λογικά ίσως σε κανένα 40 λεπτό και αυτό στον αέρα χωρίς σιγουριά .  Αντί επαγγελματίες . Αφού δεν μπορείτε να υποστηρίξετε κάτι τέτοιο μη κυνηγάγατε τους ανταγωνιστές σας και κάντε ότι μπορείτε να κάνετε χωρίς να εκτίθεται την εταιρεία σας και χωρίς να ταλαιπωρείτε τον κόσμο. Στην τελική σας πληρώνουμε δεν μας μεταφέρεται δωρεάν. Χάσατε ένα πελάτη.
