### 1/5 — Worst app ever! Don't use!

I tried to use this app to go to the Metra UP station from my building in Lakeview. It took forever to load and then offered me a cab at the train station! I cancelled the cab and then discovered I was charged $7.25 for a ride around the Loop that I couldn't possibly have taken since by this time I was in another cab on my way to the Metra station. Am contacting the company to demand a refund and report the driver!

Even after updating, logging out and back in, whenever I try to book a ride, couple seconds in, a pop up comes up saying the ride has ended and that my card was declined. It’s been months since I last used the app. Completely useless at this point

The update disabled payments and doesn’t work well.  Switching to Curb.

Used to be a great alternative to ride share apps. Licensed cab drivers are better and held to a higher standard by the city. But now app will not load a payment source, which is required to use the app. And no response from the developer. Sad.

I wanted to download an alternative to Curb, and when I went to sign up, it said I already had an account, after recovering my password, I was taken to a Curb landing page. Don’t fall for this scam.

We had a ride scheduled today in advance. On the day of our flight they notified us 10 minutes before that they could not find a driver. We nearly missed our flight

I scheduled a ride for pickup to go to the airport two days in advance. The cab company called me -15 minutes before pick up time to inform me that they did not have a driver for me. The cab company also seemed confused because I hadn’t entered a destination (the app never allowed me to do this). 

Stick to ride share apps and done waste your time with this.

Have been a long time customer of 303, no longer. They make it impossible. Can’t create new account because I had one with the old app, but my old credentials don’t work now and they won’t allow me to reset it. Hello AMMS limousine

I don’t like this app. As a member of the ADA community this app is hard to use and it does not send updates about my rides. I’m so sad that the flash cab app is not working anymore.

The app is no longer working. I’ve been receiving an error code for the past 5 days. I hope the issue will be fixed soon as possible.

When you use this app to book a cab from the airport, you may not get 303's airport flat rate. One reason may be because you can't select 303 specifically and could get a partner like Flash which doesn't give you a flat airport rate.

I needed to arrange a ride for my father so I liked the idea of an actual company to call. But they said I needed to use the app for a prepay set up. Unfortunately I tried to use the app and it errored out and said it was not in their coverage area. So going to delete the app and go with typical Ubr. Hope you can fix it.
